Sir, all your designs are unique. You may be aware that Noida authority and greater Noida authority made it mandatory to construct stilt to make sure that car parking is available for residents. Kindly think over this point while drawing new designs. Whole concept of construction has changed in these areas. There is huge demand for a good architects having innovative ideas. Regards

Hey,
You guys made great design,
But i want to know, are you making corporate design?
Like 2000 sq ft plot size
One basement parking +
ground level full hall type shop like mall + first floor for storage like ware house and office +
second floor for office and small laghu udhyog area +
terrece for open restaurant like your Terrece plan for houses ( monsoon season including ) ???
( Washroom including all floors)
Also having small two wheeler parking at ground floor
Two lifts:- one for material from basement to first floor and second for people for go to all floor including Terrece
Also staircase for movement to all floors.
All this made in 2000 sq ft plot but also define space for all side Margin and front side parking... ( If this plant exist in 1000-1500 sq area there will be ok with that )
Please share How much investment required for this !!!
Please make a video for corporate/business purposes design like this requirement...

Never ever think about such a project in 55 lacs if you are providing grade A materials because I have just completed my simple two story house on 1200 sq feet land without plaster , paint , ceiling , tiling , furniture and about 25 lacs or more have been spent .
