These designs and imagination is amazing. But it is useless without dimensions. I'm sure that they are taking the dimensions into consideration but not providing us with those. There are many other problems associated such as safety measures which are unavailable in these designs.

I don't think this plan is practically safe. Huge elevated portions don't have any support. It is understood that there is no gravity working in the house inside the laptop but in actual there are lot of things you have to consider while constructing a house.
