    Hayley is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist dedicated to assisting organizations and managers in overcoming seemingly insurmountable challenges. With a focus on fostering happier workplaces where both leaders and their teams can thrive, her mission is to equip all managers with the knowledge and confidence to address complex issues independently.
    Hayley's expertise lies in understanding how leadership and management behaviors influence culture and performance within the realm of work and organizations. Her doctoral research delved into entrepreneurship, specifically examining the factors contributing to the success of women in establishing businesses.
    Having held various operational and strategic leadership roles, Hayley has gained invaluable experience in delivering high-pressure, multi-million pound services. This first hand experience allows her to empathize with her clients' challenges and share proven psychological principles to support their success.
    In addition to her consultancy and coaching work, Hayley serves as one of the programme directors for the MRes in Professional Practice in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. This programme serves as the initial stage of the broader Professional Doctorate programme for occupational/organizational psychologists.
    Hayley's contributions have earned her recognition, including being shortlisted for and winning several awards for her work in psychology and public sector leadership. Notably, she has been acknowledged for her expertise in leadership development, culture change, and digital transformation. She holds Associate Fellowship with the British Psychological Society and is a Fellow of the RSA.
    Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals effectively within areas such as organizational culture, management and leadership behavior, team performance, and entrepreneurship.

    Garin is an award-winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 18 years’ experience. He has supported leading organisations in London, Asia Pacific, Middle East, India and Sydney in achieving their strategic objectives. He has experience working with companies of all different sizes and sectors including Legal & General, BNP Paribas and Citigroup. Garin is Chair of the CIPD London Organisation Development, Design, Culture & Transformation Group and Co-Chair of CIPD Central London. In these roles he delivers regular events that support the development of the OD&D and HR profession. Garin is a regular speaker and writer on Organization Development. He is HRZone's OD Columnist.
    Garin is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and his qualifications include an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development and a BA (Hons) in Business from Northumbria University.

    Dani is an experienced people and organisational development professional having worked as Director of People at Investors in People and led multi-disciplinary business services functions including People and HR, governance and risk and technology in both the not-for-profit and public sectors. She has an MBA from Durham University and has completed the Organisation Development Practitioners Programme at Roffey Park.
    Dani works with leaders to take a more people-centric approach to organisational effectiveness and growth delivering transformational people and organisational effectiveness programmes. She works with leaders to develop strategies and create the conditions, culture, structures, and processes that unleash the potential of their people to achieve great things.
