this exercises not only help you lose weight, it also help you taller even you over 25, It worked through way open carrtilage of articular in your bones-tube-end and calcium will filler the space opening💙.
If you over 25, need along long time , maybe at least 1 years and maximum you'll taller 10cm, can not taller much like teenager, if you are teenager, you can taller 10cm each year, and maximum teenager can grow up 30-40cm for 5 year if you practice this exercise day by day.
really?!!!!😱 but science says that one cannot increase his/her height after a certain age😦
See if we hit the gym we can get muscles by training similarly if we are training a particular part like they are doing so many stretches for legs then that can too elongate that's it.....
