Of the vids of yours I've seen this is the best. I generally finds these "whatever for men over whatever" vids dumb clickbait BS, but this is top tier, legit, on target advice.👍

I’m 66 years old and enjoy doing double bell power clean squat press return one swing to the floor two 24 KG Kettlebells. I do this once a week 20 times throughout the day. On two other days of the week I workout with higher reps up 8 reps with single and double 18 Kg Bells. I keep busy physically doing sorts of useful things every day.

This is pure myth! There is no 'specific rep range' based on age alone!!
Disappointed with this BS from this channel...!!

Settle down, dude. This is purely what I've found works best for me as I age (specifically regarding what keeps me making gains without experiencing much wear and tear). I used to be able to handle far more volume, but in the past few years, it feels like I just can't handle it anymore.

@@CoachMANdler OK, but this is not what the message goes across...
Anyway, the routine itself was solid, as always!

@@CoachMANdler a) I did not think I was being uncivil or volatile; was pointing out BS when/where it exists.

      Thank you.

@@shantanusapru Maybe say "I don't agree with _____ " instead of saying it's "BS". Just a little more finesse.
