Very much appreciate this video breakdown dude! Been watching your videos for a while, and always has inspiring stuff (gotta love those man makers!) But great to see the thought process behind it. This will really help my own programming, much obliged. Keep doing you man!
Hello chandler! Fan from spain here! love your channel, really helpfull, the best related to kettlebells in all youtube tbh, im gonna follow this split, i would've liked some more info about sets/reps! Keep uploading stuff coach!
Wow! What a wonderful video! Why can't we "like" a video more than once!?!😄 On a more serious note, Coach, this is awesome that you'd share your wisdom & experience in helping us build our own programmes/workouts!! I was already incorporating many of your ideas, but with this video, will be able to do so in a much better manner! Thanks a ton, brother!!
Thank you so much for this! I fell in love with kettlebells last year and stopped going to the gym. Then I started to go to the gym again to incorporate bench, squat, and deadlift, and before I knew it, I reverted back to my old bro split. I realized today that I was reverting to my old habits of bodybuilding and needed to form a split that would better help me reach my goals, this helped a lot!
Enlightening tutorial and really makes us realise we still know very little,we will incorporate these into our workouts.Kepp it coming coach, from a freezing London,UK.
Man I need to thank you for these videos. I got my first kettlebell about 2 months ago after hearing about them on a Rogan podcast. I found a decent channel that showed basics exercises but after watching your stuff I feel my entire body getting stronger than when I was in the military. My core is so tight feeling and I lost about 10 lbs. Another added benefit is when I went to the golf range yesterday I was crushing my driver 275 when I use to average 240ish. This specific video is the exact thing I was looking for and can’t wait to get into a structured regiment. Thank you again sir.
Great video! I will be 56 tomorrow. Been doing lots of kettlebell over the last year, along with dumbbells and resistance bands. Don't really have room for barbell and bench stuff at my house. Also, concerned about injury with the weights that barbell exercises sometimes involve. I do have pairs of dumbells up to 80 lbs and kettlebells up to 95 lbs. Do you ever use resistance bands with door anchors?
I was going to request a programming video so I'm glad to see this. I've been doing it sort of like this. Alternatively, I've taken some of your many great kettlebell circuits and adding a finisher of some kind. I've been doing yoga for mobility a few times per month, but after watching this video I did searches for "mobility workout" and found lots of great stuff. Thank you for the great video. This program seems like an efficient way to get and stay pretty jacked.
Thanks for this. For the circuit sets nhow many reps/sets do we do? And is Kettlebelss sufficent or do we need barbell? Finally, some say repeat exercises to continue building strength, and you say to mix up, is there some other video/article that explains this? Thanks so much
I feel like if we just do 100 kettles a day in increasing strength that's enough? I found Bells when I hurt my leg running. I really just wanted to get back into running but now I'm in love with them.
So these… vs your man maker and other complex’s How do you suggest someone choose to follow a linear progression based like this vs choosing to do multi joint, full body works??
If I vary the exercises within the week but use the same weekly routine indefinitely, will that be okay? I’m not looking for crazy gains, just want a consistent workout routine I can stick to to stay healthy
Thx - do you offer some kind of serive of writing a plan? Been lifting for years now and progressing fine but I´m very low on time and would appreciate that. Best regards from Germany
Thanks Coach! This is a good one. I am wondering if there is any vertical press variations that can be done either sitting or kneeling or such? I am rather tall at 6`8" and cant stretch my arms out without reaching the ceiling in my house. I can actually lay my palm flat in ceiling without overextending. I also live in a rather wintery country with snow galore and where temperatures down towards minus 30 is not unheard of, so doing regular sessions outside is somewhat dicey for large parts of the year. I do take my daily walks so I am not indoors bound, but swings on a icy and/or snow covered ground seems to be a bit leery. :-)
The Stash's agent asked for too much money so Stash had to go. Goatie Beard has been approached. I can't say too much at this point as negotiations are ongoing. Watch this space.

Love your workouts mate. Are you only training with KBs or do you do some conventional weight lifting as well?
Thanks for this.

Chandler, how do you perform the "circuit " parts? Can you give a quick example for say Monday...?
Hey master, can I combine, planche, planche pushups(of calisthenics), and heavy bench like 5x5, on the same workout session ?
I feel like if we just do 100 kettles a day in increasing strength that's enough? I found Bells when I hurt my leg running. I really just wanted to get back into running but now I'm in love with them.

Can you make me one for Disc Golf?

How many rounds of the circuit? :)

Z-Press are great vertical press variations done when sitting.
@@CoachMANdler, Much obliged!
