    There's no harm in doing cardio or running if you are eating more calories than you expand
    Your muscle mass and health will improve by doing running or cardio in alternate days and you are eating in calorie surplus and working out 5 to 6 times a week taking 1 or 2 days rest and sleeping 7 hours daily

    भई लेकिन मैंने दौड़ के अपना १5 kg वजन कम कर लिया ! और अब मेरी साँस भी नहीं फूलती ! मेरा फेटी लीवर का प्रोब्लम भी नहीं है ! मेरा एंड्यूरेंस भी बढ़ गया और मेरी बॉडी शेप में दिखने लगी ! केवल दौड़ने से ऐसा हुआ ! शुरू में २०० मीटर से शुरू किया और दो मंथ होते होते ४ किमी एक बार में दौड़ लेता था ( जॉगिंग स्पीड में ) ! मुझे तो कार्डिओ काफ़ी अछा रिजल्ट दिया !

    I did 5k Jump rope daily I lost almost 10KG but when I stop doing this I gain weight again I can assure that he is spitting facts That's why I started doing weight lifting workouts

    For strength trainers , you will gas out easily when you do a lot of cardio before weight training . So , do light warmup and cardio with some abs workout . l dont know about other category but cardio isn't that friend you are searching when you are strength trainer .

    So need clarifications. Had shoulder dislocation few months backs so afraid of hitting weights again. Also i have had knee injury leading to surgery in 2021. So cant do high impact knee exercises. As of now i do 18km of road biking everyday amd 6km of walk. How would you recommend me to get healthier.

      @@SameerAnsari-en5pp I used to do 1hr of cardio then i did 40 min of abs and then after i did the weight training and this was my daily routine. I didn't had any specific type of diet i just ate fruits and salads in exchange of rice and flatbread.
      At the end it all matters if you stay consistent and wait patiently.

    guys when i was 15 i was 86, fat as fuck. I started running and lost 14kgs. I did not train my muscles, no exercises, only running, and that fucked my body shape. i saw love handles but of low size, i was having loose skin issues, etc, i got frustrated and started eating again, became 86 kg in the next 1 year, again back to zero, in lockdown that 86 went to 100😮. I saw 100kg on weighing machine, i was terrified. i started walking everyday and ate vadapav while i was on a walk, and i lost 5kg in 2 weeks, just by walking and eating vadapav ( that was becoz my activity level went to zero in lockdown ). Then my weight eventually over one more year came to 88. Face shappe changed, height little bit increased. I now had to go to 75kg but not with loose skin. So i started doing pushups, and i found that i am not able to lift my own body weight also....So i started doing 1 pushup ( half ) daily. and slowly and steadily in 2 months i did my 1st full pushup ( 75 % accurately ) I started to notice that i did not had energy to lift my own weight. So i started eating like crazy but still did pushups. My weight again went to 97kg. So Now i am 97kg😀 but i do 2 set of 8 pushups ( Suryanamaskar sometime because i find it easy) I avoid running, i am training my body to lift my 97kg on my arms, and i look fat but i do pushups like crazy, so i am confused, pls tell me is my muscle mass increased because i can lift 97kg of overweight on my arms in pushup ? pls tell me....also if some fit dude is reading this tell me my next goal😀

    Wait wait.
    Please don’t say this might side effect.
    Yes you can do high intense workouts or else one set lifting after active workouts that will help u to burn fat.
    Remember this advice not for all athletes.
    If you seen cross fit everyone is pushing highly back to back.
    So don’t advice this kind of thng and don’t say fuddu.

    bhai excercise kare ya na kare ek bat bata do bus..itna complicate kr ke rakha hai aaj kal ke fitness influencers ne...sidi si bat hai akshay kumar type fit body banao har applications me use hogi.

      Sach me bhai. Koi kehta ki running sabse accha, fir 2sra aake kehta ki bekar fir 3sra kuch aur kehta. Baaki ki chorro isne khud alag-alag video me 4-5 alag alag cheezein bol rakhi h. Kisi me kehta running se kuch na hota, fir dusre video me kehta running se bahut jaldi result milta. Itna confusion. Ab insan kare to kaun sa kare

      Sab ki body alag alag hoti h, wo karo jo aapko suit krta h. Mein hr tareeke ki exercises & yoga krti hu, kbhi ek se stick hoke nhi rehti kyuki sb k alag-alag benefits h. Sb Mein se thoda thoda include kro, aapko pta lag jayega aapki weakness kya h or strength kya, fir jo weakness h, uss pr jyada kaam kro. For eg...mujhe weights uthane mein dikkat nhi hoti thi, but mujhe apna stamina increase krna tha, to mene ek din ka dance cardio add kr diya apne workout plan mein.

    Sir i have bigg doubt jiski wajah se mai gym nahi shuru kar pa raha hoon.....
    Is it true ki if I tone my body once then I have to go gym all my life or i will lose it.....even though I do simple daily exercises???

      You gained muscle because of strength training. If you peaked your body by deadlifting 100kg ( example). Do you think you can retain that strength by deadlifting 30kg. You can stay fit by doing regular exercise but cannot sustain your Peak physique. ( On my way to my peak )
