    This is by far the best way to build a program I have seen anywhere. And this would definitely work not only with KB's, but sandbags, maces, clubs, etc. Thanks for sharing!

      Yes absolutely! And any sandbag mace or club exercises can be thrown into this structure WITH kettlebells

    Hey, nice explainations !! As KB are different than traditional exercices, have you a list of push and pull categorie exercices ? I mean a list of pull KB exercices, and the same things for push exercices !! It seems that i always dobrows !!😂😂😂

      Yea when it comes to pulling exercises with kettlebells it is really just a lot of row variations haha - single arm rows, ballistic rows, renegade rows etc. Having a pullup bar to add in some vertical pulling is super helpful

      the main difference is going to be the stability. Kneeling will involve more core stability than standing
