Been following Royal Coats for a while now and stumbled across this video. Great work man! I really wish the RC-1 was available a few years ago when I bought my Redline Ez50. The RC-1 is a much better system and better price point for sure! I will be getting one soon hopefully

It helps if you preheat the object first it eliminates cavitation and saves on powder loss

Good shit, not bad at all for beginners. Finished product came out really good. Just ordered mine to start up my little side business and I think the rc-1 is pretty damn good for the price can’t go wrong with it coming from a pro powder coater. Keep the vids coming bro just keep in mind it’s all in the prep and the rest will be pretty easy 👍👍👍

Sandblasted..cleaned with acetone..outgassed..coated.
