Gaurav... You are the best and most trustworthy fitness expert I have seen online. The biggest confusion for me so many English channels talking about grassfed butter, pasture-raised eggs, electrolytes etc to be in ketosis. We don't get all these in India. Also can we have 3 meals a day as many are stressing on having OMAD and IF, extended fasting, liquid diets etc. Can you please talk more on this or reply to this message. Would really help me start my weightloss journey.

hello, very good information, keto works like magic, i am on keto from 1st feb 2017, this is the game of food only, you have to change your lifestyle of eating, its not easy but its very usefull, m very happy in keto... i create my own meals, only food no whey no bcaa nothing only food, keto is not only for fat loose, its help many way, its change ur life...

Hi Gaurav, awesome job buddy, not just the content but the way you present it. More I watch your video, more i like it and want to watch more :-) kudos to you.
Anyways, question for you - I have been working out for 2yrs and following LCD since 1+ year. I have got good results and almost anytime may get to see my abs :-) but the last layer of fat...question is, in the gym for some initial sets I could only lift (even after warm up sets) less weight that's for first 2 working sets. As I train in hivt- more volume for some exercise I perform 5-7sets. Next 4-5 sets I could easily do higher weights or more reps than first 2. Ideally they say you could perform less reps/weight in last sets. I seem to be exception. Will you be able to tell if this is ok and do I need to fix it, if so how? Btw my age is 42. - thanks in advance, Nikhil

Hi Gaurav hi.. this video really helped....you rock like always... I was weighing 109 with your calculations and keto diet I came to 97 .. I finished my 4th week today of keto... But my weight goal is 90 kg. Yes I building my muscles too.. so now I will be coming out of keto tomorrow by introducing carbs in in day time... What can be done to loose weight more after keto diet please suggest will wait for it ...

He is not talking about ketogenic diet here. He is talking about atkins diet. He told 220 gms of protein and 95 gms of fat. The protein mentioned here is twice that of fats. This is high protein and high fat diet. The goal here is to not spike insulin. High protein spikes insulin.
So for ketogenic diet do 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. Eat lots of vegetables( at least 400-500 gm per day) .If you don't eat vegetables you may undergo constipation on keto. Take some electrolytes.
Add some B complex and a mineral tablet

Hello sir, I wanted to ask that how to protect the muscle loss in the keto diet. As the total protein intake should be 25%. Can you please make a video on that. It could be on avoiding muscle loss both in keto and other diets.

hi gaurav i want to ask that, can we do 2 time gym in a day when we are in keto ... first in morning and second in evening .. morning will be the cardio only for only 20 min max and evening will be (primarily)weight + cardio(secondary)

Gaurav bhai I am following your info since long even before subscribing but it's just now I realized that I have seen you in one of the basement gyms in Janak Puri. GymX. Those days you left that gym because you wanted dumbbells up-to 50 kilos pair and that gym had up-to 35 kilos Max.
.. lolz... but I am so surprised and amused at the fact. Very nice info Sir. So happy to realize that I have seen you in personal. Working out. But back those days you used to be serious whereas in videos you are amazing. By the way I was an instructor too there. Whatever it is.
