Hi Chef!! Here in Brazil we make the shredded chicken in the pressure cooker with a bit of water. Then shake it in the same pan and you have your shredded chicken in a few minutes! Thank you for sharing one more yummy recipe with us.

Okay, it's bizarre that all the comments are about how pretty these look- I made them, but I couldn't nail the texture so my buns came out mostly smooth. But HERE'S THE FACTS, none of this fakey, shallow, aesthetic drivel- these are positively AMAZING. GET OFF YOUR BEHIND AND MAKE THESE BUNS!
The bread! Ahhhh! Soft, richly colored, and just the right amount of chew! The filling!!! Saucy without being a leaky disaster and a fantastic use of curry paste (something I'm always on the lookout for). And the overall sweet:savory and bread:filling ratios were on-point.
Technically speaking, it was a little tedious to make, and I had to estimate a lot because I don't have a digital scale, but the result was sooo delicious I feel like it's actually a pretty forgiving recipe. I'd be willing to try it again with curry powder, or do like a pot-pie filling with some peas and tarragon. Eventually I'll get those bumps right lol!
