- Tired of your bread rolls tasting blend? Well, this recipe is going to change your mind about bread rolls. This is one of the best recipes I ever made. Not only it looks beautiful, it tastes absolutely delicious.
Dough Ingredients:
500g All Purpose Flour
30g Sugar
3g. Salt
40g Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
7g Instant Yeast
300g Milk
1 Egg (weighs 55-57g with shell)
Batter Ingredients:
100g Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
30g Cream Cheese
120g Sugar
2 Eggs (weigh 58-60g each with shell)
25g Custard Powder
25g All purpose flour
120g Almond Flour
Candied Fruit Mix
