500g All Purpose Flour
30g Sugar
6g Salt
7g Instant Yeast
50g Unsalted Butter
100g water
130g Milk
50g Beaten Egg
40g Melted Unsalted Butter
20g Beaten Egg
1g Salt
20g Sugar

@@juicer52 That is correct, the pan size is 26 x 11 x 10. But the question from this thread was not asking about the pan size. The question was about the size of the dough when rolled out.
@@michaellim That's very funny. I read that post quickly scanning for pan size and couldn't imagine that size pan as compared to your hand size in the video! ;-)
Finally went back to the video for pan size. Rookie mistake. BTW bread is delicious. I added some chopped chocolate to the filling and might double the filling next time.

These flours can usually be substituted in equal amounts for almond flour in most recipes.

All purpose Flour,
Self rising flour,
Bread flour
and
simple flour???
It depends on the manufacturers from country to country, and how they named their product. In some countries, plain flour consider as all purpose flour. Self rising flour has baking powder added in it. Bread flour is also called strong flour in some countries, and it has the highest protein content. Bread flour can cost 5 to 10 times more expensive than all purpose flour. It is all about business for the manufacturers.

Then add baking powder.

Is all purpose flour bleached or unbleached?
All flour you buy in Europe is always unbleached. Bleaching flour is prohibited by European law. To answer your question, I use unbleached all purpose flour. If your country is selling both bleached and unbleached flour. Choose unbleached, it usually has a protein content about 11%.

Looks very similar to cinnamon rolls. You could just cut them differently after you roll. Make some icing and done. The filling recipe is different but close.
