Ingredients:
150g All Purpose Flour
1/8 tsp. Salt
8g Vanilla Sugar (you can replace it with vanilla essence + 8g sugar)
150g Cream Cheese
120g Unsalted Butter (cold)
250g Cream Cheese
50g Sugar
8g Vanilla Sugar (you can replace it with vanilla essence + 8g sugar)
1 Egg White (from egg that weighs 56-58g with shell)
50g Raisins
