    I tried this and it's a very good recipe! :D
    I made a couple changes because I was lacking some ingredients, though:
    1) Instead of using yeast, I used ~2g of baking soda (plus some lemon juice to activate it);
    2) I added spinach and dill instead of green onions.
    The crackers still turned out delicious! Thank you for the recipe ^^

      I think this is a better substitute. There's no point of adding yeast if there is not going to be any dough proofing.

    Сегодня решила попробовать сделать крекеры. Вкусные, но лук в рецепте не несёт никакой вкусовой нагрузки, он так сказать для внешнего вида. По мне не хватило соли, в остальном рецепт бюджетный, что очень порадовало. Во втором замесе добавила соли, зелёный лук оставила, но добавила сушеный молотый лук, две чайные ложки. И крекер заиграл другими нотками. Не воспользовалась пергаментом, т. к. тесто не прилипает к столу, и тонко раскатать его не составило большого труда. Делать буду, забрала себе в копилку. Спасибо.

    muito bom, vou fazer.
    150g de farinha para bolo
    60g de leite
    30g de manteiga sem sal derretida
    2g de sal
    2g de fermento
    1g bicarbonato de sódio
    35g de cebolinha
    10g de sementes de gergelim (opcional)
    Misturar o leite a margarina e o sal.
    Bata com um fuê
    Adicione as 150g de farinha de trigo,
    2g de fermento e o bicabornato
    sovar até obter uma bola e deixe descansar
    Corte a cebolinha e mistura com o gergelim
    Misture na massa, cubra com um filme e deixe descansar por 30 minutos
    Após passar os 30 minutos, coloqiue a massa entre duas folhas de papel manteiga
    Abra a massa com um rolo e deixe o mais fino que puder, quanto mais fino mais crocante após assar.
    Agora corte as lateris com uma faca de corte crnkle ou um modelor de disco para pastel,
    Corte em pedaços pequenos tipo cream-cracker.
    Por fim fim fure com um garfo.
    Passe para uma assadeira coberta com papel manteiga.
    Asse em forno a 170ºC(338ºF) por 15 minutos.
    Bom apetite.

      Due to the increase in food prices, you can literally save a bundle by making your own. I was comparing some prices and the packages on snacks are getting so small you could be paying $16 a lb and not realize it.

      I'm really glad you mentioned buckwheat! Its high in protein, fiber, and has no gluten like wheat flour. Wheat must be avoided wherever possible.
