The editing was a bit mad but the meaning is clear : entitled, awful people wanting their own way on their own terms with the tax payer footing the bill. This is a disaster...some scenes, including captions, are backwards...the audio doesn't match the video...if you can't edit, stop doing these documentaries.
It's as if they film a legit TV documentary with a phone camera and then try to edit it to appear original. That's the only reason why the info is backwards that I can think of. I see they're based in the US.

She was expected to be like other royal wives who just accepts her husband's rotten behaviour and says nothing. Sarah got into way more trouble and disgraced herself, the Queen, and the country. Not too long ago she'd have had her head cut off for what she did.
