Papa's failed assassination attempts.
Once, my dad also had some sort of blood infection, but the abnormal colour was black instead of red. My mom and dad realized this just before the infection reached the heart. Luckily, he survived and doing well now. He's gonna turn 50 this year.

Dude, I had the same experience 4 months ago. I was alone with my brother in the house and I was sitting on the floor searching for something that had fallen under a piece of furniture. Suddenly, the glass door that is (well... was) located next to that piece of furniture came to me lightning fast due to the air flow. 2 doors were opened on the opposite sides of the house and the air was menacingly strong that day. So the door came at me closing super fast and I instinctively put my hand to protect myself. At first, I heard a big boom and then all the glass falling to the ground. I looked at the floor and said to myself, "oh shit, what the hell have I done this time"? Due to the adrenaline, I didn't realise what had happened. The next moment, I remember looking at my hand and seeing blood dripping like a fucking river on a raining day. I quickly shout help and when my brother arrives, he was like, "oh shit, here we go again". In general, I have broken all my body parts, except my head, of course, at least twice. He quickly applies pressure to one of the two cuts that is located on my wrist, exactly above my wrist veins, with a towel, and I am doing the same with another white towel to the other, way deeper wound in my thumb. Blood just wouldn't stop. The whole time I was repeating to myself "I am gonna fucking die and I am only 15". Then, about a quarter of an hour later, my parents arrive and take me to the hospital. I was awake the whole surgery and was watching as the doctor sew me 11 times. Right now, all the stitches are gone but 2 scars are still there. By the way, the white towel I was applying pressure with to my thumb's deep cut, is now completely red to brownish. A towel 120cm×70cm is completely covered and has sucked in about a litre and a half that I lost that day.

When I was a child, I often went motor-boating. While under a dark low bridge, I suddenly saw a large fishhook hanging right next to my head. I stopped to check it out. Someone had tightly tied it to the bridge using strong fishing line so that it hung at eye height.
If I had been 3 cm to the left while under the bridge, it would have hooked me in the eye, and while my boat continued forward it would have dragged me off the back. I would have hung from the hook in my eye socket, and probably died very slowly and painfully.
When i was three one time i choked on a ”piggelin” and my dad also had to hold me upside down and shake me.
