8:36 Getting 130g of protein while eating clean is not hard at all. If anything it's easier to get protein in through lean meats, eggs etc than it is through junk food. Getting 3000+ calories in while eating clean is the hard part.

When i was in high school, my english class had a whole lecture on how to write a good and meaningful apology. I thought it was stupid at first because who the fuck needs a tutorial on how to apologize, but im seeing now that this guy never had that sort of lesson.

They just take a very long time to produce, between all the editing, filming, re-filming, sets, commissions, etc… For the darkwood video, he said he’s hiring an animator for the intro, so that could be part of the wait too.
Pyros main channel videos are extremely long, you’re basically getting 6+ videos worth of high quality content (depending on time, sometimes it’s double this) uploaded at once.
