It may be contractual and legal issues stopping them from saying anything publicly, the guy was their manager, so chances are if they were to say anything without irrefutable proof/due process, they may get fucked over.
Also could be for the abuse stuff they may not want to, or have been asked not to speak on behalf of the victims.
Like Pyro could have also said something, but he just covers slop, he doesn't really investigate and get receipts like Coffeezilla.

this is why i like Pyro reactions. He cuts out most of the original video, but gives a ton of content via reactions, commentary, and personal experience. He's been around long enough for this to be something he knows. Also, Pyro having his own family hired to help with his merch is pretty sweet. Gives them a better job, and he gets people he actually trusts for merch

Yeah. Even though it is annoying to hear pretend to be mad at chat to get them to donate more, I actually really respect it. Not only is it smart, but it’s also the best advertisement for the original video I have ever seen. Nothing in my life has made me want to watch the original video more than when pyro pauses to yell at chat every 30 seconds. And I’ve already seen the original video twice. Easily the most ethical react video I have ever seen in my entire life even if it is just because of how ridiculously boring it is.

Someone during the livestream expressed the same concern as you through a TTS donation and pyro said something like "Yeah I'm definitely not playing up my reaction for the donations" and then he winked in an obvious way. So I don't think he really cares, but I care because the donos are repetive and annoying. The streams used to be more chill and funny but now it's just pyro trying to speak over a constant robotic voice calling him fat. I hope he drops the bit soon and disables TTS because I really don't feel like watching him anymore

Since all the comments are shitting on pyro, I'll give him some praise. I think this is the perfect reaction video. Genuine insight into the situation, actual thoughts about the video (positive and negative comments about coffee's video not just dickriding), not showing the whole video (meaning it isn't a market substitute) and just giving credit to coffee, while encouraging the viewers to watch the entire video. My favourite youtuber is definitely pyro, but I really love coffeezilla as a creator, I really admire his journalistic integrity, impeccable research and the drive to always tell the truth no matter how boring it sometimes is. Glad there is a way for both videos to coexist.
