The problem with these Munchausen’s kids is that they are trained from birth to be liars. They are instilled with a broken, fractured excuse of a moral framework. And the worst part is there’s no therapy for them. My husband contemplated ending his own life or going to prison just to escape his mother. That’s how bad the abuse gets for these victims. It’s difficult to rehabilitate them.

I think the story of Gypsy Rose is a tragic one and it brings light to controversial diseases like Munchausen by Proxy/FDIA. At the same time I feel bad for her due to the fame she garnered due to all this since, as far as I know, she kind of just wanted a normal life after all this. If I could encourage her to do anything with this fame, it's to bring awareness to not only FDIA/Munchausen by Proxy, but also child abuse and parental abuse.

Why do Americans constantly miss quote the phrases "I couldn't be fucked" "I couldn't give a fuck" and "I couldn't care less". It really annoys me. If you're saying "I could give a fuck", you're essentially saying that you care about the situation or mildly care, which is the complete opposite point you're trying to make.
Im pretty sure some of this slang originated due to English speaking Americans wanting to confuse people who didnt speak English, so theyd say things that mean the opposite while they all knew it was the other way around. The only real differentiator between first and second degree murder is premeditation. Second degree murder includes the defendant knowing their actions might/will cause death, but usually it’s a heat of the passion charge or a deal charge. She likely got a second degree charge because of her circumstances or because of a deal giving up her boyfriend, even though she was involved in the premeditated planning
