Because your thumbnail looks like you were stretching for your front splits, but this whole video seems like you were stretching for the middle splits, however amazing job!     Very helpful but another way to get your splits ( front or middle) but do your splits on as many pillow as you need and hold it for 30 sec

      Guys you have to do this in like two or three days to get the spilt and I try 2 different spilt stretches and this gonna be the one,plus I get the really low on my spilt
