    TYSM FOR THIS TUTORIAL!!!!! this helped my legs stretch father then usual I did hot learn how to do the splits yet becuase it's just my 2md day of doing this. Hope it works!

    I have my holidays now . For one day ,I did this for 10 times in the morning, 10 times in the afternoon, in the evening 10 times and in the night and finally i did it

      Yes I did it in one day. I also practiced in the night from 11 pm to 4 am you see. When I first done it my legs got hurt but after practicing for a few more times it did not hurt anymore. If you also practice with dedication, you will succeed

      U don’t have to have the same range of motion as a professional, start at ur range and gradually it will increase with continued practicing

    Guys, it's not possible to get your splits in 5 min! You need to practise for days, weeks, months and even years. However, thanks to you since these are good stretches for beginners who are trying to get their splits.
