@@stephennicoil5225 No guys I'm not joking, hear me out... Take a video of the arena before they let people in, just a 3 minute clip of it lit up, empty, dead quiet arena with the ring in the middle. Keep that clip. Now, start this crummy show, and house of bleck is the last match, and the lights go out, and they splice in the earlier recorded stuff to go off the air. No commentators, no people, just *everyone is gone* Heck I might even watch next week to see what happened...

What bothers me most with edge, is he’s falling into the trap so many aging wrestlers do, where they’re convinced they still can go like they used to, and instead of putting over younger talent and doing solid programs on WWE to retire where he made his bread, he went to the indies to stink it up with bad wrestlers.
It's like a wrestling midlife crisis.

Aleister Black was cool in NXT because he was a deadpan Black Metal MMA fighter that didn’t lose his temper. Both main roster WWE and AEW have lost the point why he was cool and made him spooky magic man. Everyone is desperate to be supernatural the Undertaker, except oddly enough the Undertaker.
What’s worse is wwe turned him into the spooky guy then released him & aew continues the story

Lets face facts, Edge has 0 epic memorable matches as a single as an outright babyface. Everything Edge has done that made him Edge was as a heel. Babyface Edge has never worked ever
that's just simply not true.. he had some bangers with Eddie Guerrero back in the day, also with Kurt Angle.. he was the babyface in those matches, i agree his best work is as a heel but to say he has no memorable matches as a babyface kinda exposes your lack of wrestling knowledge

I personally enjoy watching Adam Copeland's matches, even though I see Jim and Brian's points. I think Adam is probably not going to be around AEW for too long and he wants to get in as many matches as he can with these younger guys. Since he'll probably wrestle most of them once or twice each, he wants to make sure the matches go long. Going through the roster quickly like this means a lot of the matches won't have solid stories behind them, but they are a good experience for the people he's wrestling and he's enjoying the matches, too. His matches also tend to have better crowd reception than most of the other stuff on the shows. I feel that his run with House of Black will turn out better than you might expect.

They have completely killed any good Adam Copeland had left in AEW. This match was fine, until Buddy Matthews started bleeding from the mouth and they acted like he had internal injuries, yet some how still went about 20+ mins in the match including a massive come back. So you not only bury Edge, but Buddy who is one of the best in-ring talent AEW has. We are also seeming more bullshit from the House of Bland and Edge doing spooky bullshit like this is Bray Wyatt trying to corrupt Cena at home.

I was watching Race vs Flair at Starrcade ‘83 earlier today, and early on flair, the face, throws a side headlock takeover on race, the heel, and the crowd lost their shit. Over a side headlock takeover. Blew me away. That’s how much the crowd wanted flair to win, no tables or barbed wire needed.

AEW going down the same path as WCW. It started with a bang, hired big ex-WWF stars, booked stadiums, and now turned in a roster of "just some guys" who perform in half-empty arenas. Sad to see them repeating the same mistakes.
Canadian crowds are some of the most knowledgeable crowds, they know when shit ain't working and they go crazy for stuff that is. This crowd let everyone know that whatever it is that AEW is doing, it ain't working. This show was awful! And when you add Rampage to it, what a slog for those people to have to sit through.
I was hoping we would get Cornette's opinion on Skye Blue getting colour after a spot where she had dove out of the way before Willow landed. She was never touched, but somehow comes up bleeding. They have no clue what they're doing over there!
