I made this a few times and it was amazing. Everyone loved it. I've made this 4 times now as it is requested for bdays. But I followed the syrup rules but it was not crispy on the sides but crispy on the top. What am I doing wrong?
It looks that when you put the syrup in the baked cheesecaka it looks much more thiner than in the begining when you put it in the nuts.. And it supposed to be the remain of the same syrup.. How is this happened?
Baklava is Turkish not Greek. It was introduced to Greece during the Ottoman Empire.
Baklava is Greek, but it was stolen by the Turks, just like the churches the Turks took, the land, and the food!!!
