Ingredients:
2 racks of lamb, each with 4 chops
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped lemon thyme
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
4 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
2 generous tbsp of pistounade
1 cup of watercress leaves, to serve
Pistounade
150g pitted green olives
2 tbsp toasted pinenuts
3 garlic cloves
1 cup basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper

    I’m sure it’s going to taste delicious but might not have that exact Maldivian taste due to spices used, the spice mix we use is very different (traditional and made from scratch).

    I follow Steph on Facebook! I also do a seasoned chicken cutlet in the Airfryer but I just pop it in a container and sprinkle salt, white pepper, nutritional yeast and garlic powder on it and leave it til the next day before air frying skin side down (no oil needed) for 8 mins a side at 180 degrees and then flip over and air fry for another 8 mins skin side up for perfect crispy rendered chicken skin and juicy succulent chicken thigh on the bone. I let it rest for 5-10 mins so delicious

      I also keep the seasoned rendered fat in a jar in the fridge to start off rice or any dish for dinner. You only need a teaspoon of it mixed with a bit of vegan butter or normal butter (my son is dairy free) or a splash of neutral oil. Makes rice so much more flavourful (think hianese chicken rice)

    Love this recipe idea! I could see this as a soup (add stock) and some additional rice noodles for a different texture with whatever veg you like and beautiful fresh herbs. Yum!

    Heat destrots the nutritional properties of honey, so the manuka honey was wasted in this recipe.... It's double the price of regular pasteurized honey if not triple.

    It looks great but usually there would be no mustard nor mayonnaise, just plain tomato sauce or a sweet BBQ sauce, the onions should be grilled and you didn't put a grilled pineapple slice (although granted, I have had it too without the pineapple). Also you forgot to mention that the beetroot slices are pickled, because that's how they always sold them in Australia.

    I did this for no yeast cinnamon rolls icing but instead of citrus zest I used 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 1 Tablespoon of milk or chilled water😊
