@@PlantCellTechnology sorry i’m new and i’m trying to learn.
I mean: when you put your starting tissue, it start shooting new plants above it right? How can i separe the new tiny plants without breaking all?
Thanks!
@@slycooper5455 Ok you mean explant cutting. We have many videos on our channel. Did you give a look at our video library?

Hello i bought one tissue culture burl max flame. Thinking of putting them to multiplication media (1ml/l kinetin and 1ml/ liter iba) would you recomend to remove the roots before putting them in the new media ? Kind regards. Btw i love ue videos. Im watchig ur videos everyday for almost a month now 😊
Yes, remove the roots of the plants. I recommend to change the media to 1-3 ml/l of Kinetin and only 0.1 ml/l of IBA

Currently, we don't sell culture but use it for our lab R&D and master class.
Good afternoon to you.

@@PlantCellTechnology Thank you !
I wish you not to stop and continue to make videos in the future - it inspires us.
@@DmytroStepanov Thanks Dmytro. We'll definitely do it! Thanks for your kind words!
Which media have you used for these plants?
We used MS media with 1 ml/l of BAP, 0.1 ml/l of IBA, 25 g of sugar, 1 ml/l of PPM, and 3 g of Gellan gum
@Plant Cell Technology Thanks for your reply. Actually I always watch your videos and wanted to do tissue culture but I can't purchased media coz not allowed to pay outside of the country. If there any way to make my own media and other chemicals please let me know.
@@Aali-og3ry You can search for the companies selling these products in your region.
Or you can use PayPal to do international transactions.
Hello, what product do you recommend to work with?
To get started in tissue culture?
yes I want to increase cherry blossoms
@@abudavud9658 To get started in tissue culture the first thing you need is the protocol for the tissue culture of your desired plant.
If you have that, then to introduce a plant in tissue culture, a PCT starter kit will be perfect for your process as it has everything in one package: www.plantcelltechnology.com/starter-kit/
For the multiplication and rooting stage of tissue culture, you will need plant hormones that you will need to buy separately and we have that in our store too: www.plantcelltechnology.com/pct-store/
Do you own any plant patents?
Have you successfully tissue cultured an anthurium?
Yes, we also will have a video on that as well on our channel. Are you interested in tissue culturing Anthurium?
@@PlantCellTechnology yes we are!!!
@@geos7432 great, then check out the video and some blogs on our website: www.plantcelltechnology.com.
