Realized After Uploading that I said this Was a Maytag Dryer, This is a Kenmore Dryer However there is a Maytag and an Amana Dryer that Have the Same Design.

Wire harnesses - definitely a knuckle-buster if you fight it too hard.
My trick, after several attempts, was to use an ice pick instead of a screwdriver to loosen’er up.

I have a real odd heating problem with my Kenmore when I have it on timed dry for 60 minutes. It's like it's in cool down mode until it gets to the end of the cycle and then gets really hot and won't stop on it's own. I've replaced the heating element, the thermostat, the cycling thermostat, the thermal fuse and the door switch. Nothing has changed! it's driving me crazy! Any help or tips on fixing the issue please? Model 110
