- CZcams's new gun policy is a wanton display of political persecution that is adverse to its claims to be a public forum. Instead CZcams is behaving like a publisher which will ultimately void its section 230 protections and open it up to unsustainable liability. The message is simple- tell CZcams to stop harassing guntubers at the behest of bad actors with political goals.

Here's the situation: most of these restrictions are being driven by threats from their advertisers and payment processors.
They *need* a legal challenge and a court decision that says they cannot make those restrictions, so they can finally turn to those demanding the content restrictions and tell them they cannot legally comply with their request.
One of the biggest actors pushing the restrictions behind the scenes? MasterCard.
I roasted them, but did it respectfully and included the @CZcams in the way you said. Everyone do the same! Be firm, yet respectful, we dont want to come across as unhinged.

As much as I'd love to see YT get slapped, suing them would do no good. On a privately owned social media site, you have no constitutional rights. They can make their own rules. It sucks, but that's the way the law works. A lawsuit would get tossed out of court. We need some billionaire to step up and create a 2A friendly platform like this that isn't censored to death. CZcams will be just fine without guntubers. Guntubers without CZcams. Not so much.
Gun tubers could use Rumble or X but they probably wouldn't make nearly as much money from their content. that's why they stay here. For most of them, this is a full-time job.

IDK if anything short of a solid suit will slow/stop YT in the long run. I think with the pressure being exerted by outside forces and their own ideology, they are more than willing to embrace this agenda and even expand it more.

Hit CZcams where it hurts.... Revenue . Start calling advertisers and let them know that kids are dying because of what they saw on CZcams. Car videos! More kids die every year from car accidents, yet the tube allows videos of people building unsafe cars. then they drive them in an unsafe manner. worse than any gun video. Cut the monies and let them know why.

The only way to make a difference is to stop watching. Alphabet relies solely on ad revenue to hit quarterly numbers if we want them to listen we need to impact the stock price.

Section 230 is passive tort reform, there is nothing in it that sets any grounds for disqualification from it. Please read the law and not incorrect interpretations of it.
