Leave a comment below if you think this woman was sober!
I think she passed ALL THE TESTS 😮😮😮😮😮😮
I am convinced she was totally sober!!!
So what was the outcome/results?
Definitely!!!!
I think she was sober and that parent may not like her. I would really want to know the outcome of her drug test. That should be included in this....maybe it was negative and they don't want to say because they were wrong.
This woman needs a lawyer because there is no way she is impaired. Sue everyone involved.
@@kornami8678She was accused by poor quality Officers, of course the school fired her. Then her blood test came back negative but so sorry she is still fired. So all involved must be sued until they cannot buy Christmas gifts for their kids.
@@TacticalCenterfire Someone else found more information. She is not fired. She is on leave until her trial. She had taken Tylenol 3 with codeine. If she doesn't have it in her system at her next drug screening, it will be completely dismissed.
Well, she DID drink a protein shake, and then the officer asked her when she did that. So there's that.
Sue your ar';rse ,,,they thing they can sue for everything
What does it say on the warning label of the medication? She doesn't get to be impaired for any reason. She drove impaired. Period. She is liable. @@navyladyvet
I read in a news article that the supervisor stood up for her and told the cops later she had a speech impediment (explains slurred speech) and he had seen her before her route and she was fine. Hope she gets a decent lawyer and gets her rights, privileges, and money reinstated to her.
Thank you! I hate not knowing the outcome!
And the supervisor said he cudn't smell anything on her.
Those cops need to work at McDonalds
Where was that news article if you don’t mind?
I feel like half the time they're bored.
She cooperated with the police, passed the DUI test, and they still arrested her. I hope she gets a good defense lawyer.
she didn't really pass.... but its hard to tell.... no matter what test
This Happened to me as well!!!!!!
@@pwill4real855the test is a scam to begin with. You can only pass it if the cop decides he doesn’t want to arrest you. Based all on user discretion. There’s no way to know from those tests
She didn’t count when told to count to 30, she skipped number 2 in the walk and turn. And she couldn’t balance for the 30 secs. 😅 I’m really not surprised the way it looks. Hope she beats it though. She handled it maturely without an ounce of Karen energy.
@@emekao502 Yeah, it's a bunch of stupid tests designed to make people fail. This officer's saying nonsense stuff acting like he can identify drug use and as you can tell, it's just horseshit.

If she's sober she's wacky as hell.

This is BS, someone who hates her made a call and screwed her.
There's no way she's impaired.
seems like some bs to me too
Listen to the beginning. Multiple calls from concerned parents and the kids complained to the resource officer.
Maybe it’s a conspiracy against the driver.
I know if I saw my kids bus driver act like that I would be in the parking lot right now asking her a lot of questions.
It’s interesting there’s no parents there.
I agree 👍
I just hope she does a blood and breath test at the station so she can file a lawsuit against the officer/department and that mom who reported her.
I really think that the mom has some kind of beef against her bc she had a problem with her son for any reason.
She's from a small nice town in Ohio I don't personally know her I just recognize the city she said and the name on the bus 😂 hilliard ohio Arlington city schools it's a small area near cbus
She was absolutely sober! This video is infuriating and terrifying!! She passed every one of those tests. And if anyone thinks it’s bad that she was off-balance on the last one… Try it for yourself! I can’t hold my foot up with my hands on my side for more than a second or two before needing to throw them out for balance, or putting my foot back down! The test is BS!
If she lost her job for this, then we definitely need to petition for her
Someone posted her update above.
She was on prescribed Tylenol 3’s & did not lose her job.😊
Whoops, left out the part…she’s on leave until trial…but not fired.
Is everyone forgetting she put her head back and was supposed to count to 30 and just stood there without counting…?

She's clearly sober. I've never seen a cop have to lean in so obnoxiously close to smell alcohol on someone.
Yess.. She talked directly at him too! She proved her innocence right there, if she was intoxicated she would be avoiding it. She clearly had nothing to hide. I feel she was targeted 🤔. Specially after the cop said we will talk to your boss. This has to be a small town somewhere.. Most cops woulda dropped this, she was so respectful

Agree. She needs justice!
Scary. She seemed fine. If this can happen to her, it can happen to any of us.
I agree with you 💯%. No one is safe. I don't normally question these videos but maybe someone doesn't like her.
My opinion of police is making a dramatic turn against them recently. I have ALWAYS supported the police and I loathe criminals, but cases like this tell me they now use rumors and petty misdemeanors as a tool to search our personal belongings and screw us all. I'm not defending criminals, just the innocent people who get snared in the web of what is starting to look like a police state.
Yea it is. Some cops abuse their power. Realistically the cops can say anything and put you in jail for made up charges
@@caseyrose1327the sarcasm level is 100...I hope.
Indeed, scary! She seemed fine to me, and she still got arrested, wow!!
This channel didn't make it easy to find about her case but I did. First, she wasn't fired, she's on leave awaiting trial. Police report says she failed all road side tests and was heavily impaired. You know on what she was on ? Tylenol 3. Cops claimed since it says to no operate or drive heavy machinery but stop there. Omitting a crucial part of the warning label which is the following : "Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how Tylenol with Codeine #3 will affect you. Dizziness or drowsiness can cause falls, accidents, or severe injuries". They omit the part where it says do not use UNTIL you know how it affects you which with all the medicine and vitamins she takes she most likely knew and tested it before putting the lives of kids at risk.
This channel misrepresented almost everything just for clicks and imo should take this video down or at least get his facts straight.
EDIT : I get that not everyone will read replies when there's over 40+ so I'll edit my post to say this. It is unknown if she was taking the Tylenol 3 on the day of the arrest or if she was prescribed those days before when in the hospital. Only when her trial is up can we find that part out. I'm no doctor but I wouldn't be surprised if that stays in your system for a bit and you can still test positive for it even if you haven't taken it for a few days but feel free to correct me on this.

@teridoster5840
I’m a retired CPhT and depending on the half-life of a particular pharmaceutical drug, whether you take it regularly, and how long you’ve been taking it, some can stay in your system for up to 6 weeks, loooong after any effects have worn off. With codeine (Tylenol 3), an opiate, it is detectable in urine for up to a week, and blood for 1-2 days. I cannot even count how many people I’ve seen anywhere from mildly to severely impaired on opiates or other frequently abused Rx meds (like benzos, amphetamines, etc.), and I have what can only be described as a sixth sense for being able to spot even the mildest impairment in a person. While it is possible she is slightly impaired, imo it def wouldn’t be at a level to warrant a DUI charge and the loss of her job. A few things I noticed were… continually searching for words (can also be explained by nervousness or anxiety, among other conditions), several “inappropriate” reactions (can also be explained by other things), a bit of slurring at 9:00 & tripping over her words (could also be nervousness or stress), and balance issues (I’m stone cold sober and I would “fail” those tests, I have horrible balance), plus the officer’s observation of pupillary constriction, which can be explained by a myriad of other causes, not the least of which is migraines, which she stated she suffers from. I question that subjective observation tho, bcuz he stated they “don’t react to a flashlight at all”, and to have pinpoint pupils that don’t react at all, she would be VERY observably impaired, approaching overdose territory, and she clearly was not. I really hope she is vindicated in court and gets her job back, bcuz there’s no way her life, reputation and livelihood should be damaged bcuz she took a couple Tylenol 3s within the previous week or so.
Thanks for having a search. She seemed genuine when arrested, if you know what I mean. Anyhoo, school bus, gotta be absolutely on top of your game to drive that, so I wish her the best of luck at her trial.
Yeah if you need a CDL you prob aren't permitted to be taking Tylenol 3 that's like one step before Vicodin. If she didn't have a prescription then that's 100% a DUI.
Thank you for posting this
@@shouldabeenabortedI agree with you 💯 (I'm a school bus driver)
T3 ARE NARCOTIC!!! SHE WOULD FAIL HER DRUG TEST. SHE FAILED TO MENTION THIS AS WELL!!
I’m so glad to see people agreeing with what I felt, because she didn’t seem impaired at all from the beginning. And bright light makes your pupils construct. And they’re in the sun.
I am blowed away that this woman was fired for simply going 55 mph ....SHE IS NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE of anything!!! She is very clearly completely sober!!
This poor woman seems mortified, I feel so bad for her. Most of the time I’m fully agreeing with the police but this one is insane to me, no way is she impaired
Yea, for real. It is so scary to think a police officer would arrest her and think she is that she is impaired. It's crazy how you can call the police on someone and that is a excuse for the police to act, just like when someone is swatted it gives the police power. But some police are morons not all but 10% or less or so, So crazy.
Yeah one of the students might’ve not like Jordan turned her in or something to say that
It's a guarantee if you are asked to do these so called tests you will fail. Nothing about her seems impaired. This was not right. The other officer said he didn't smell anything. He got this woman fired from her job so he could look like he was right..SMH
She might not be black out drunk but shes definitely to impaired to be driving a massive school bus full of kids........
Her pupils were a giveaway to the cops. She probably did not know she was impaired. Even when we drive tired our driving is impaired. No test for that though, and I am sure we have all been behind the wheel driving when we were very tired.
The kids said they smelled booze, officer smelled no booze. I think the kids overreacted and this lady should have time off to be sick at home. That’s all I believe this is. This is no DUI.

I wonder how many people are falsely arrested even though they are perfectly sober.
It happens. I heard of a lady who was blew a 0.0 but failed the tests terribly who got arrested and charged when she was having a diabetic episode. Its actually how she found out she had diabetes cause she felt terrible that day. They still found her guilty though cause she didn't hire a lawyer and she didn't defend herself well even though she had clean urine on the day she was in court.

About 26yrs ago I moved to JACKSONVILLE, didn't know the area yet, i was lost and pulled over. The Female Officer made me get out of my car keep in mind i had just gotten off work had a 12hr shift and it was about 3 in the morning, anyway about 7 other cop cars pulled up. By that time I was half way through the test honestly passed. She had her girlfriend with her on a ride along and was totally showing off. The other officers ask her why was she arresting me because I had passed everything and she said my eyes were red. Hence I had just gotten off work. Anyway it was the worst thing I had ever been through at that particular time. Because it was worse in jail way worse. So to the person who had stated in the comments when ever you have to do all that road side tests whether your drunk or not you'll end up in jail I have to say you are so very right.
I leave comments in all these videos that these tests are bullshit. Any test that has no pass or fail is entrapment
@@bethihearyou1029,
I’m so sorry you had to experience this horrible situation 🙏🏽❤️
This is bizarre. She was not impaired. For whatever reason this officer had decided to arrest her before they even made contact, probably based off whatever report they got. I hope she gets a good lawyer and demands a jury trial. There’s no way a jury would convict her of DUI based on that footage. I could see a judge doing it potentially. They rely heavily on the testimony of the officers who appear in their courtroom. A jury would not look so favorably on an officer conducting an arrest based on what we saw
I was watching this wondering “why do they think she’s intoxicated I don’t see it?” and then I check the comments and it seems everyone agrees. I hope she gets a good lawyer
This video is frightening! She seemed totally unimpaired, steady and honest. So at the end I was waiting for the BAC or blood test results-- nothing. Yet this video is up where people who see it listed with her photo before playing it will think she is guilty. Ironically, the best thing for her is for everyone to watch the whole thing, and then say "there but for the grace of God go I".
So many channels do this. They make a title that leaves out the other half. It’s frustrating

It's like they are hiding the results because maybe they are wrong?
If she was totally clean n sober and it was dismissed.. arrests aren’t removed. It will still show on a background check.
Agreed. I don't see anything wrong. They charged her with OVI but what did her blood or urine test show?
I’m completely sober and can’t even stand on one leg for 5 seconds. This is terrifying. I hope the changes where dropped and her job was safe

I agree with you @billyrock8305 I thought the same thing.
Impaired at all while driving a bus full of children is unacceptable. They did find she was taking codeine w/Tylenol which is not allowed while driving CDL and it doesn’t sound like she had a script for it either. It wasn’t dismissed she has court and they said if urine was clean they’d dismiss it. Also, it wasn’t just one parent who called but multiple parents and students who called. I’d handle it the same as the officer, get her off the bus until blood or urine comes back and then decide from there, because when it comes to the safety of a bus load of children it’s better to be safe than sorry!

These field sobriety tests are FAR too subjective to be used. If an officer has a notion that a person is impaired, he can use a perfectly okay test to justify an arrest. They should be banned.
Keep whining and flipping those burgers.
Exactly, here in Europe we only have a small machine that tells if you have alcohol in your system.
If it's positive you go to the big machine in the police station.
That one tells how much you're over the legal limit.
And there has to be at least 20 minutes between the first and the second test.

I think that these cops were trying to cover their asses more than anything. They are heroes if they stumble backwards into taking a doped up bus driver off the road. Nothing happens to them if the charges don't stick, but the driver will lose her job regardless of the clean piss test.

I used to drive a school bus and one morning, I was chatting to my boss and afterwards went to get the bus out of the garage. Next thing, my supervisor is on my tail, saying that the boss could smell booze on my breath and I had to allow them both to smell my breath. Very humiliating! BUT before I'd left home that morning, I'd had a glass of fruit juice. (3 different juices in the one bottle). And that's what the boss had smelled. Somehow that juice had morphed into a boozy smell. 😃 Luckily, they believed me. Needless to say, I never bought that juice again.🥴
I was pulled over and given an FST by an Ohio State Trooper and ended up just being sent home. This woman should not have been arrested.
That's 'murica for you
@alphonseroy421 I thought you would lose your license for a year if you refuse to participate
How do you lose your license for 6 months if you blew under the limit? Story doesn't add up.
My God I hope she sues the hell out of this PD and wins. This was complete horseshit!!
“If it comes back negative we will dismiss it ….. but FUCK your job” that’s on you …..
I seriously doubt that this woman was impaired. I've watched thousands of these videos and this is the first one that I have seen that I actually have doubts about the person's impairment. I hope that she did not lose her job and get convicted over something she didn't do. I would like to know what her urinalysis test showed and whether she was convicted or not.
I agree totally. Nothing wrong. They were going off a over protective mother who had a tracker on her kids phone and she said she was speeding based on how fast the kid got where they were going. I would bet money she wasn’t on anything. I haven’t looked it up but I would think the steroids may mess with eye dilation.
The reporting mom called because she saw her sons tracker on her phone travelling at 55 mph so she called in and reported it? WTF??
Seriously? BAC said differently. You can look it up.
She admitted taking Tylenol 3s and other pain meds as she had been in the hospital a few days earlier and had received those prescriptions. Even if it was unintentional, she most likely was impaired.
@@janaricker3506 - Just wondering where you received that information? It was not mentioned anywhere in the video.
This lady is sober AF. Clearly you viewers didn't watch the whole video. She past all test perfectly, no slurred speech. Plus its bright sunny day of course her pupils are small? Proof that even if you pass sobriety tests, you will get arrested regardless. I
lol no she isn’t and no she didn’t 🤣
Okay buddy 😂
Never agree to fsfts they are only to help police w more evidence
I bet you think strippers like you too...
That’s why they walked her into the shade, to see if her pupils would get bigger as they should.
There was absolutely no reason for this bus driver to be arrested. She did everything she was asked without argument and agreed to drug tests, didn't smell like alcohol. She did the walking tests etc. very well. I think she was nervous and that's why she wasn't able to answer all the questions quickly. This is scary that this happened to her.
She should've refused the test. It's your right to refuse a field sobriety test.
an older woman with a hip replacement couldnt balance on one foot, she must be impaired. what a bunch of tyrants.
I have bilateral hip dysplasia and have had multiple surgeries. I'd be screwed if ever asked to do these tests.
I've never had a hip replacement, but I guarantee I'd fail that one leg test while sober.
I timed her - she was between 45 -60 seconds and she said- "It was like 45 seconds or a minute". Pretty coherent.
She was supposed to stop when she got to thirty I skipped forward 5 or 6 times then she says she wasn't even counting 😂😅
This is how these people operate. One person says something, and the drama snowballs amongst busybodies. Imagine if that Mom said the driver was a witch!
So anyone can call 911 and say you're driving crazy and get you pulled over and be accused of a dwi?... Scary to know
This is absolutely ridiculous. I really hope she ends up showing this video in front of a jury of her peers. And her lawyer hammers down on how easily this can and will happen to one of them or their children. This is totally subjective and this cop is not qualified to do anything never mind make a life altering decision on someone else's life.
@@kornami8678It tells me the school district's hands were tied by this interaction. They had no choice. It definitely doesn't mean she was impaired, unless there is other evidence. I assume the FOIA request would have uncovered it if there was. NOW will you stop making this same comment.
These tests are not fair for anyone who is out of shape or that has health issues. They make the test instructions intentionally confusing. These new tests with the eyes are a can of worms. I have astigmatism, a cornea implant, eye allergies and I'm partially blind in my right eye. I've been pulled over and tested in the past several times and passes every time, but if they're going to make a person's eyes do calisthenics, then we should all be banned from driving.
@love-bubble 🤨 are you INSANE? what are you talking about??????
@@carrigray7481 they seem to be replying to another comment which was deleted.
Shes not going to be convicted just on the cops opinion. There will have to be blood tests and drug tests.
I would love to hear the final outcome of this case.
Tylenol 3 contains Codeine. It is a controlled Substance. It is not over the counter. But she not seem impaired@@Kazeshini11
@@Kazeshini11 Where did you get Tylenol 3? I heard her say NyQuil.
@@Kazeshini11 How do I find her? Do you have her name?
@@mindimartian9821 Cause I looked it up. That's what she's been accused of and something that the poster of this video imo purposefully omitted for clicks.
PLEASE for the love of God sue these blithering fools
anybody would fail all those crazy sobriety tests, these cops are corrupt, that lady was fine smh she lost her job? wow terrible police work and shame on the student, faculty and parents smh
SOBER! It’s shocking the way she was treated. Please let us know the outcome.
Benzonatate. It’s a cough medicine and it doesn’t mess you up.
That’s Tessalon Pearls, right? If so those are definitely non narcotic (I know because I’m 3 years sober from an opioid addiction and I used to get so angry when I used to get prescribed those instead of Tussionex). They work really well though!
Yep. I call them baby fish pills because they look like tiny versions of fish oil supplements lmao. They work wonders and 100% do not make you feel any different whatsoever.
Oh god as soon as she said benzo I just shook my head. The cops are going to think she’s on benzodiazepines like Xanax or Valium! She’s talking about benzonatate capsules, also known as Tessalon perles! They are commonly prescribed antitussives which are used to help reduce coughing. This is why you DON’T talk to cops and always refuse the FSTs!
This is an example of how someone who is sick or has a disability that affects the way they present themselves, could be mistaken for someone who's drunk.
Absolutely pitiful arrest. These "officers" are making the really decent cops out here who want to truly make a difference look bad. I hope she sues and beats her case because this is just horrible law enforcement right here.
After all of the cops' hypnosis techniques, she kept her balance the entire time. This is proof that the woman was not impaired.
Are…are you serious? You think those are for hypnosis? Uh…..
No matter what. Those field tests are a waste of time snd highly subjective. Breathalysers are common nowadays. That is what they use here: Driver licence, registration, proof of insurance, blow in the little tube. 4 minutes trafic stop. If you can’t supply one of those 4 requirements, your car is towed and you will see a judge.
@sergefleurent7942 Here in the states cops do field sobriety tests to create CZcams content.
You can not deny the eye test, drunk ya you can still maintain a balance but you cant fake the eye test, and the oder of alcohol, slurring words, repeating yourself ect.
You must be kidding.
the way that one cop just walked up on her 💀
I would have pulled back and asked him to please step back as he is in my personal space. Yikes!
Damn she did better than I could on balance & I don't drink or anything
I feel for this lady. I have a CDL and drove a school bus. I was also prescribed Vicodin because i needed a knee replacement. Long story short, i ended up with a DUI and i hadn't taken a pill since the day before, however because the officer wanted to be an a** i got a DUI, even though i had not taken one THAT day. I didnt have the money for an attorney so i used a public defender and was found guilty. That is now on my record and i can't get another driving job for a few more years because of it. I really got screwed but of course the LEO was wright and i was wrong. Our LEOs dont have body cameras so it was my word against his, i wonder who was believed, sure as hell wasent me. They can ruin lives and not give two shits about it, makes me sick.
I'm so sorry that you had to go through that nightmare. It's one thing to do something wrong and get caught, it's infuriating to be found guilty for something that you weren't doing! It is something that you will forever be affected by. I hope you know that your not alone, I can relate with you.
Is it me....I saw a normal everyday person going about their day. Sometimes if folks want to find something they will. I wish her the best because they have probably ruined her ability to drive a bus or any form of commercial transportation. If she is innocent how is she supposed to get her life and employment back??? Wow
they want you reliant on them so they can control you
A good lawyer and she can do as she pleases for the rest of her days, I wish her the best of luck. Take them to the cleaners
She needs to absolute sue them. This is scary that this can happen to any of us. Shame of them. I hope they are all fired.
I feel really bad for her, she seemed fine from my perspective.
So... What's the end to this story? Did she pass the urine test? What happened? Why not include that in the ending of the video?
Exactly. Is she drunk? High? Both or nothing? You’ve only told a third of the story. If you don’t have all of the information, you should probably wait on posting the video.
At this point, it's only been six days since the sample was collected. It has to be processed at a state lab. I don't know what the turnaround time is for this jurisdiction, but my experience is two weeks for alcohol and much longer if testing for drugs.
@@jednick Incident was Nov. 2, 2023. Video posted Dec. 8, 2023. That's not six days.
And where was this? You could have at least identified the city and school
And where was this? You could have at least identified the city and school
This poor lady. I feel sorry for her and i hope she passed her test. She seemed ok to me. I hope it wasnt a parent assuming she was on drugs.
Making sure kids are safe is important but this woman did not seem impaired at all!! Crazy!!!
That cop that walked up to her, in her personal space trying to smell her breath was extremely creepy to me. Who does that without saying a word. This is ridiculous, she is sober, so what if she forgot a couple things, who could concentrate with all those cops around you, that makes you nervous even when youre innocent.
Ridiculous! I hope she sues them!
If they ask you to get out of your car, or ask to take SFST'S, they're already going to arrest you.
Poor lady. She's obviously sober 😔
I’ve been pulled over a after leaving a bar with my friend because I forgot to put on my headlights (it was a well lit area and I only turned the knob once and not twice to fully light them) but they had me get out and do a field sobriety test and I passed it so they were like “well you’re right on the line of being too impaired to drive”🙄 but they asked if I had anybody that could come drive me home and I called my bf at the time and he came to drive me and my friend back home in my jeep.
That’s not true.
What a train wreck this woman is! To drive impaired with a bus full of children is not only reckless, but also unbelievably selfish!
I hope there is an update. She seemed fine. I just tried these maneuvers and I did worse than she did. Frightening.
Wow... I feel bad for this woman... imagine being so sick you need to go to the ER and then working the next day, and then going through this... They wouldn't have had a reason at all if she hadn't actually been on the cough syrup. She passed all her test, with flying colors
I just saw a video in Judge Disanto's court where a DUI case was dismissed because the police pulled the drunk over based solely on a 911 call. They had not actually seen him driving erratically or violating any traffic rules. The case law cited was very clear that a 911 call is insufficient to pull somebody over. This seems like an exact parallel. In fact, in this case they did not even see her driving. In countless videos, the cops say they cannot charge DUI if they did not actually see the perp driving.
Excellent point. The kids and the helicopter parent were bullying her.
17:14 this Officer should be further evaluated. I observed no signs of impairment. This Officer is not fit to fulfill his or her duties.
The pupil thing always kills me. My pupils are always very small and I don’t do squat. Thats such a BS way of arresting people.
I'm so tired of these lawsuits taking our tax dollars. These policemen need to be held accountable for their mistakes. This is obviously an absolute misapplication of what our legal system was designed to enforce. It's just outrageous. This woman was obviously without a doubt not intoxicated, yet somehow a handful of policemen can't figure that out
It's so stupid. Everyone was there wasting their time. What about REAL emergencies? I'm sure they were held up slightly due to this mistreatment of this obviously sober woman who has been to the emergency room and doctors for her mecial needs.
Five “Gotcha” in less than a minute..🥴
She might be very slightly off that day. She walked the line decently. She wasn't paranoid about her zinc pills in tinfoil. She was transparent. Her cognition seemed alright. I'm not sure if this woman needed to be arrested. I see about 80% chance she was sober, and not feeling well that day.
