      This recipe uses plain flour/tepung gandum, haven't tried with other yet.

      This recipe uses all-purpose flour which is medium protein. Self-raising flour is cake flour which is low-protein flour, the result will be different.

      MyKitchen101en don’t think it have red fermented bean curd in it. It looks like plain donut color. Not sure if it’s an old recipe.
