    the zf throttle cable must be connected and adjusted correctly. The range of travel on the cable needs to correspond with the throttle. Youve got an electric gas pedal so a bit of ingenuity is reguired. there are different lengths of acble available, though replacement means dropping the valve body. Not difficult. great you got it moving

      I just made a little unit to get that cable working, was wondering if it matters that there is like 1” of travel already pulled out ? Meaning the cable is not fully retracted when gas pedal is at zero

      @@ludwigseeley6359 is there a little lead pellet on the cable near where the cable comes out the adjusting threaded area. ? (not the end of the cable one) There is always a slight preload on that cable . you can check by pulling the cable until you feel a stop.....then pull a little tighter you should get some more out(thats the kickdown valve moving under spring pressure).

      @@888johnmac Not enough power to drive a classic. Looks an old style 2.5 - 3 litre cummins or so.
