Recipe
2 cups flour
1.5 teaspoons sea salt (you can use other salt)
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
¾ cup warm water
2-3 teaspoons olive oil
Shredded cheese, sauce, toppings, underlings
Sift the dry stuff in a bowl and then add the wet stuff
Hangjangle it until you have some nice baking cement
If you can't form the dough into a floppy clump you might want to add more flour
On a floured surface, place the dough and kneed it for ten minutes
Add flour to the surface and your hands and the dough as you go so it gets just
unsticky enough to handle but don't overdo it
Grease up another bowl with olive oil then throw your bag of goo in there, wrap it tightly with surround wrap, and wait 2 to 3 hours. You can also cover with a damp cloth, you're just keeping it from drying out. You can also just hot box a small room with a humidifier for all I care.
Cut your dough in half unless you want to make a thick crusted pizza in a 12 inch pan or a bigger one on a cookie sheet
Grease up your pan and spread out the dough with your fingers. Spread further than you want to compensate for contractions. If the contractions get too intense immediately give your dough a pregnancy test
Put your pan on medium low and when the dough starts to bubble a bit add the sauce, cheese, and toppings. Congratulations, you're at the point of no return.
Undoh's on 425 (fourtwentyfundoh). Throw the pizza in for 10-14 minutes. Don't literally throw it as that will create a mess. Keep an eye on it. After you take it out you can cook the bottom more if you don't think it's done enough.
After you've taken it out REMIND YOURSELF NOT TO GRAB THE HANDLE OF YOUR PAN. It seems obvious but it's so easy to forget. Either turn the handle toward the back of your stovetop or put your glove on it as a reminder. Burnt hands do not feel good.
AND NOW WAIT!! Here's the thing. When you order pizza delivery it's been cooling down in the box for a while. The pizza coming out of the onion is super fucking hot. Don't eat it right away. Practice some restraint for once in your life. Leave it for a good ten minutes to avoid burning the roof of your mouth. Clean the kitchen or something. Just don't eat that pizza or you will be in a world of pain. I know from experience because I'm a dumbass. - Jak na to + styl

Pro tip: dramatically reduce that elbow grease by folding rather than kneading. Use a spatula to folds the sides of the dough over itself, let rest 5 minutes, and fold again. Folding like 3-4 times results in a smooth dough that’s much better to handle and no sticky hands
(P.S while normal folding techniques have the dough resting for 15-30 minutes in between, i find pizza dough is soft enough to dramatically cut down on the time compared to normal bread dough. It’s still workable and the texture ends up nice 👍)
be sure to kiss the dough too
So rather than just doing a zen and relaxing workout, instead it just takes like 15-30 minutes... y tho
I will have to try this! I'm okay at kneading pizza dough, still working on my shaping techniques for bread doughs though. And if I can save even some energy from this method, then I have more for working on my bread doughs 😇 Thanks for sharing!

thank you for the pan pizza tutorial, i will now explode my kitchen with it
Good mroming😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
GUYS once your dough comes together wash your hands! Get them nice and dry and go back kneeding using a little flower at the time to prevent the dought to stick to your hands and to the surface you are kneeding on. Having your hands nice and clean makes a world of difference, as if you have wet/sticky/doughy hands the dough will continue to stick to them, making kneeding impossible (kneeding is very important for pizza texture because it helps develop the gluten mesh).
Also, the pan should be pre-heated on high before slapping the pizza dough already flattened (by hand) in it. Pizza cooking should be quick and at high temperature.
Love the channel

umm...this is a cooking channel...?
I ordered the Misen pan from the last time they sponsored you (they are still giving 20% off that as well). I had some issues with it honestly but the customer service was amazing. Now I've been finally able to use it and it's going well. So maybe I'll have to add a knife to the collection
There are also a couple of companies that make good knives as well. The trick is to get steel from Japan or Europe (France/Germany/Switzerland) All the U.S. companies that are remotely affordable are out of business/went offshore. For other knives aside from your main chef's knife, Forschner/Victorinox makes probably the best basic lines that aren't going to kill your budget. Yes, they are softer steel (can still cut your finger tip off quite easily - "softer" isn't less sharp) , but a sharpening steel fixes that in a couple of minutes. The steel won't work on harder alloys/is made for this type of knife. Harder alloys like the Misen require a sharpening device or stone, but need it every couple of months versus every week - your choice, IMO. But what you don't want is the mystery metal "stainless" steel that's made somewhere offshore. Simply a waste of money and also in some cases, a potential health hazard.
@@plektosgaming thank you for the advice. I used to cook a lot more 10 years ago using family and friends tools. Now I'm on my own in a kitchen with some decent stuff but basic pans and knives, hence why I got the Misen pan (also to support YSAC). I'm having fun trying some stuff out and am looking basically for one good knife to handle the real stuff. I see all these other YT cooks going with Damascus steel and such and $500 knives and I'm like... Yeah no thanks.
You know, you could probably cut down on elbow grease by having some sort of machine or robot make the pizza for you
