And since classic cars are such a small percentage of the total amount of petrol cars. Here in the Netherlands classic cars will be an exception on the roadtax laws for 2030. There is plenty of hope for us to still be able to drive the cars we grew up with by the time normal petrol cars are outlawed. And the best part is the boring shitboxes among the petrol cars will be taken from the road aswell. Classic cars, which have got loads and loads of character, turn heads everytime you show up in one. So if you're reading this, don't worry about not being able to drive your favourite Subaru in about 15 years time, because you still can. I don't care about the production of petrol cars no longer being allowed in 15 years time, because to me the average new petrol car is just as boring as their electric counterpart.

Iâve been wanting an STI since I was in middle school, it has always been my ârealisticâ dream car, even after graduating from school and getting a job I gave in to pressure from relationships and family that it was a smart choice to buy it, I needed something reliable good on gas effective etc. When I heard they were killing them off I finally decided regardless of what anyone said I was going to buy one, and three weeks ago I did it. I bought a used 2017 model and I have been absolutely in love ever since. I plan to keep it for as long as possible and enjoy every mile.

I work a morning shift and a few weeks ago while having a coffee at the gas station, I heard turbo revs at a nearby stoplight and immediately recognized what it was- After pulling up my phone to record, there it was, a white WRX STI passing through the gas station, ripping the streets at 3 in the morning, with revs vibrating through the buildings in the city like a rare beast unleashed.
When I saw the news about wrx sti, few uncontrollable tears were dropped from eyes, cause I understood: that era is almost gone, and I still don't have my own Impreza STI I have only couple of years to take my dream car...

Right down the street from me theres a wrx sti Hawkeye rally car. Iâve only seen it on the road twice in the past 2 years so itâs pretty much just abandoned sitting there. Whenever I ride my bike by I see it and I feel like Iâm looking over it to make sure it doesnât fall into disrepair and becomes truly abandoned.

I mean I'm 17 and I am saving up to buy a r34, and I look around and always want to be around those that remember JDM racing/drifting or those who are in it right now.
