Some goofy Ahh people decided they didn’t want me to have that song so they got my video taken down and I got a copyright strike. I apologise for this and I will try and make something that can provided the same amount of interest as the Mazda one.

Toyota is still making Fast and sporty cars for everyone. 86/BRZ, MK5 Supra, GR Corolla. Even the SUV line-up has great off-roading capabilities: 4runner, Sequioa, Land Cruiser (RIP). Although the feel is different. When driving a 1999 4runner SR5 compared to 2016 4runner TRD off-road, the '99 feels more mechanical and faster. You can feel everything in the car and its speed, almost like a 2021 WRX STi. I am still working for and finding my dream car, the legendary Celica All-trac Turbo.

I think that Toyota doesn’t deserve a little dark age yet. They have claimed that they are working on a manual electric car (fun), we still have the gr supra, the gr 86, the gr Corolla, and for europe the gr yaris all of which are cool fun cars. I think the same goes for Honda as they are still giving us fun cool stuff.

People are talking about the "affordability" of older cars, but what they fail to realize is that you get a lot more complex features like: better safety, better autonomy, a more fleshed out infotainment and center console, better AC, more complex engine tech, better NVH, better paint, more structural rigidity, better overall comfort. They also fail to realize how complex it is for car manufacturers to produce "enthusiast" cars because of many reasons below: For what cars are and what cars are expected to be by the governing bodies (EU laws, NHTSA laws) are entirely different. Car companies need to work around not only the aging fatter demographic (as younger people cannot afford cars due to the shit economy in the US and housing crisis around the world) who want comfort, and sophistication, but also the government laws requiring more efficient, quieter cars.

Toyota is the only Company that has a enthusiast racing driver on top. They re-release old Models like supra, or just make sporty versions of their everyday Cars. Toyota is great, and im proud owner of one. They are really one of last true car Companies that care about everything and especially about those young people that love small fun Cars just for shit and giggles. They don't feel like a Corporation, cuz they listen complains and opinions, they have a fucking badass as CEO and they just feel honest. In the market of SUVs and Cars without soul or joy, Toyota really stands out

Consumers drive car sales - the average car consumer today is older, fatter, and values driving pleasure less compared to 30-40 years ago. The shrinking list of fun cars points to a larger problem in life, or the increasing unaffordability of it. It's more difficult for young people to save up to buy new cars and when they do, it's a base trim of an economy model. Also, those that can afford better drivers' cars may not want them at all, given how much entertainment is available today compared to just 10-15 years ago.
Companies follow the money and truth be told, most people who want fun cars don't have any.
