Another great video man, I am rebuilding my 650 and watching this is always helpful. Quick question, my drive side main slides onto the crank up until around the last 25% of the distance to when it is finally all the way on. The original bearings just slid off. I am planning on using Loctite 620 just in case, do you see any issues in doing this? Keep up the good vids man, we all enjoy them!
Thats looking really good. Maybe Joe can send you a photo or some video of the bike once it's all put back together and running again. You can include it in a future video. So much of this work is beyond my pay grade. I think I could do a rebuild on my 64 TR6, even though I haven't done one yet, but I have no idea who I'd take my cylinders or crank to for the kind of work you're doing. There's not a lot of guys I'd trust to do that right. I wish you were a little closer. I understand why Joe drove 4 hours.

So you don't need to balance the crank after the flywheel has come off?
nope this has no effect on balance factor
