Great stuff especially sludge trap extraction and making people understand the junk in there. Keep them coming.

Personally I really like the long videos, as for last week I did watch it all but I do prefer the Triumphs over BSA's, great work and hi from the UK.

Awesome example who think they can run a Triumph motor without a split case sludge trap removal... Kudos!!!

I am totally enjoying this type of video! I have built a few japanese engines, and my ambition is to build a triumph twin from the crank up. I will NOT be doing the machining, but want an understanding of the processes, and this nails it. Is there a special edition `dirty` T shirt with genuine Richter hand prints available?

I grabbed mine with a hook and slide hammer.

You must keep pretty busy. I can't believe how many cranks you have lined up to do. Are they mostly locals bringing you work or do people send there cranks from all over the place? I guess a good machinist who knows old British motorcycles is hard to find. What percentage of your work comes from Baxter?

as ive grown im 90% of shipped in work from all over! i do one or two jobs a month for baxter id guess.

...I bet all my tools that if you used the simple tool that I sent you the photo time ago, you can remove it without much hassle and without hit (very important)
    Thanks
