- I thought we need a new hourglass workout - but this time it is pilates-inspired.♥︎ This workout targets both abs and booty. Do this combined workout regularly to get a small waist and a flat stomach and for a round lifted booty. It's perfect if you don't have much time to work out - you don't have to skip anymore. I think everyone has 12 minutes, right? 🥰♥️

• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.

Day 2 ✅ - slightly easier but still struggled
Day 3 ✅ - getting better

do you know if this Pilates workout is a “no obliques workout”? I’ve read that training the obliques make your waist thicker and I kinda want to avoid that
@@sweetcar0linagirl it will not make your waist thick believe me, please train obliques too i promise you will feel so good and balanced, women can’t really bulk unless we really make a big effort to, and especially just doing pilates will NOT make you "thick" (if anything it will give you a "snatched" waist)
Can you make hourglass × full body 15min workout then it will be helpful for the busy people too
