I saw Laura Farms does refueling of equipment in the field and bought a rather large, dedicated fuel transport trailer. She talked about being happy with the purchase. It improves efficiency. Regarding the latest video made, the Ag expo, the large storage bin was used to better handle a labor shortage of truckers. It seems it can be very beneficial to handle the worker cost issue with non-human adjustments like that. Time is money whether it be truckers or farmers, themselves.

You might try taking the pto sensor out and cleaning it off.
Some time they get metal particles on them and it stopps working from that.
I don't think your interested but there's a new Holland FX 60 for sale on tractor house that is basically in your back yard. It might be something to consider. It cost less than what a bigger tractor will be.

While in scool during summer break I worked for a few contract harvesters in Eastern Washington. Only one company would treat us hands with respect. The others deducted pay for breaks and meal times but we still had to work while eating what we brought ourselves. One would deduct wages for travel time between fields.
I sure hope that you treat your hands better than the way too many places do and get away with it. It's happening to my daughter right now where she's driving a Pea Combine.

I didn't think of ot yesterday. We have a magnum 275 and it has a little load and a heavy load for the pto.
Your might be on little load and that is why it doesn't start up good because ot take to long with the chopper.
When you turn the pto on it should say heavy someplace on instruments on the corner post.
Have to look in the book to see how to change it.

My Mother grew up during the Hoover Depression/dust bowl years, and she insisted that our fields were not plowed in the Fall, but waited until spring. So the good dirt didn't blow away, and the land stayed productive. Also, we turned the herd out to graze in the fields during fall & winter, and they found a great deal of forage in those fields. They would paw thru snow to find something the harvester missed.
