Do cardio first:
- 1 min BURPEE (push up then jump)
- 45 sec. JUMPING JACKS
- 30 sec. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Do it 3 rounds with 10 sec rest between each exercices and each rounds.
What if you already do a jog or a run?

Menelik Eyasu I know this is 7 months late but some people exersice and eat healthy but still don’t succeed in having their dream body and that’s because whenever you excerise, 80% of it has to be cardio in order to visibly see results. And it’s unhealthy to exercise without doing cardio first, you need to get your heart pumping then do the exercise. Hope that helped :)

The reason you have love handles even though you are skinny is because the method of losing weight you tried was not very good, and if you eat less food or food at random intervals then your body tends to store fat in the side as a backup since it is confused about your eating schedule :)
Who else has an hour glass figure I love my figure but these love handle makes me look so back and then when I push them to the back to see how I look I would love my body as a person who's in recovery of a ed idk if I should start working out or wait till my body heals from the damages Iv don't to it

I rode my bike from childhood tofirst two years of college, plus I started my own summer routine at 13 (no cereal or pork during summer) worked like a charm.
Lesson: dont stop riding a bike as it works all these muscles she mentioned.

Haha my moms like that too jskdjdks living in a mexican/asian house hold is bittersweet when it comes to cuisines. What ive started to do is tell my mom that im fine with cooking my own food and she agrees so thats working out fine !!
On days that she insists taking over the kitchen I serve myself since ive been raised to finish whatever is in my plate and I'll feel bad if i cant finish what my mother serves me. Also cutting out excess sugar helps a lot too. I just go with limiting them tho but it works just as well for me !!

These are really effective! I do a 1 set of Squats and 1 set of lunges .. and lastly some donkey kicks (1minute) .. so that my thighs n butt is also toned
How many reps in each set for squats and lunges do you do?

All right guys ..... I am gonna keep a promise rn.... I am gonna do it every day and then tell you how it’s works out
I am also going to try and reduce my carb/ sugar intake by only eating pasta/white bread and red as my unhealthy carb once a week. Then I am gonna make my veggie intake 50% of my lunch and dinner. And I am only gonna eat candy once a week or once every 2 weeks. Gonna only eat healthy fats and ya, like avacado and Olive oil and I am gonna try and stay away from butter.... I am also gonna find a lot of healthy vegetarian protein mixes like eggs, rice cheese and beans for example. OKAY! HERE GOES NOTHING!!!!!

This will NOT do ANYTHING! Unless you reduce sugar junk and excess carbs in your diet AND do cardio and weight training at least 3-5 days, essentially burning more calories than you consume, your love handles ain't goin NOWHERE! No matter how many hundreds of these moves you do!!
