  • Want to get flexible? I found the exact stretch routine I did all the way back when I started stretching and couldn't do the splits! Follow along with me daily to improve your flexibility too. Perfect for anyone trying to get flexible from beginners to advanced ♡

    I love that you're posting this. I'm someone who used to have my over-splits, but then I over stretched myself, got injured and could not even touch my knees without feeling pain. I'm all healed now but i'm trying to get my splits back. If you're new to stretching, take this as a lesson to take it slow and never do a stretch if it is hurting you. If it is hurting you there is something wrong, pain is your body's way of telling you, "this isn't right, something's wrong. PLEASE STOP!!" Stretching should be kind of uncomfortable but not painful and a good uncomfortable. And fun fact if you are stretching and it is painfull, like me, not only can you lose flexibility but unlike me you could possibly pull a muscle so bad that you're not only never able two stretch again, but you could have major Immobility issues❤❤ Use this advice wisely so you don't have to learn the hard way, like I did. Trust me, it sucks having all your work go down the drain.
    Edit... when I say pain.. I dont mean that good pain that you feel when stretching.. i dont mean that uncomfortable feel that you get when your felexbility is increasing..those are probably good. When I say pain I mean it hurts you and not in the good way.

      This happened to me twice,I used to have my over split and then I could barley go down into one. I’m am healed and getting back to getting my splits again.

    I started this routine yesterday and did it 2 times in the morning and evening. Although I currently have limited flexibility, I'm optimistic about the progress I'll make every two weeks, until I feel I've accomplished my goal.
    I plan to stick with this routine at least six days a week, doing it twice per day.
    I'll keep you posted on how it's going!
    If anyone else wants to join in or share their own progress, feel free to jump on board! Let's motivate each other to reach our goals.

      It's okay if it takes longer than u expected it. It took me almost a month to see a little bit of progress.
      And i followed her routine in which she is wearing pink gym wear and she uploaded it one year ago.

    I’ve always wanted to get flexible. Two years ago I had my right oversplit but that was basically it. Randomly today I decided to start getting flexible.     Heres a chocalate chip cookie recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
    - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    - 2 large eggs
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    - 1 teaspoon baking soda
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
    3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
    4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until well combined.
    5. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
    6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
    7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly golden.
    8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

      Hey! Thanks for asking! Currently I have my teardrop and my needle and I’m trying too get them even better so i don’t feel a stretch as much as I do right now at the moment! For example I have my front splits on both legs and my middle split and I don’t really feel a stretch in the middle splits and on my left leg on front splits, and that’s what I’m going for, for my needle and teardrop. But at the moment when I do back stretches I really hurts, so it’s really hard to stretch and I take some extra breaks, but I also discovered that if I don’t stretch for 2-3 days it actually feels like I’m more flexible the next 2-3 days! Sorry for the long text btw😅

      But ofc you need to stay consistent I just feel like it isn’t as painful after the break (makes sense). I personally think that day one after the break I will feel a bit stiff, but day 2 and 3 I feel really good!

    This is gonna be amazing im a gymnast but I lost my flexibility and I wanna earn it back love you dont give up!! You inspired me and I love this routine because i really wanna get flexible I haven't done it YET but im super duper excited Salish was the first part of my journey so I searched up salish on yt but u popped up (i only saw 1 vid) so I watched the vid I was like "wow! Shes flexible!" And I clicked on ur channel/profile and saw ur full channel and vids i stretched and got my leghold splits etc but then I lost my splits and got sad so I was like "i need to stretch more!" So i kept stretching but I couldnt get back the splits and now I came across this vid and was like "omg yay!" And now im obsessed with you -Support from Maryland in USA
    ∂αу 1 :3!: Felt the stretch, still havent got my splits back. Hope tomorrow I get the splits back! :3

    I love you Anna tysm for sharing this routine. So bc of you I got my front splits and I got more flexible. But then I got sick with Smallpox ( only this word I didn't know how it was in english so I wrote it with help of google translate so I don't know if I wrote it right bc I am only 13 I didn't know and I am not sure if google translated it right nevermind ) I wasn't streching for over 2 weeks. So yesterday I started streching again and I see that I lost all my flexibility. I can't even touch my feet without pain, I can't do splits, I can't hold an backband for as longest as I could...... So hopefully I can get my flexibility back soon with this routine. Love you so much from Macedonia 🇲🇰 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
