so I started gymnastics a few months ago and I wanted to get my split. originally, I could only go half the amount I can now, and Iâm super happy. just goes to show that hard work and dedication to something you like is worth it.
I edited this so you will never know why this has so many likes hehe.

I KNOW THE ACTUAL SECRET
fill a bathtub with hot water and sit in it for 5-10 minutes. It relaxes and loosens your muscles making you go farther in the splits.
I could totally see why you would think that would work but with my experience it doesnât really help. Just being physically warm doesnât mean your muscles are warm
I don't have a bath tub only a shower
I went into a warm bath and for like 30 mins and it didn't work
Satisfied Yet? I forgot to mention I was talking about my side splits not middle. And make sure youâre putting your dominant foot in front which will make it easier and work better

If you want a few more stretches, I recommend another CZcamsr named Alivia D'Andrea. She is amazing too! But you can still achieve your goal with just these stretches. Good luck with your splits! đđ

iiNxgget i got my splits in a week! i was so terrible, couldnât get anywhere near it. but i stretched and practiced everyday for a week, and i got it perfect! iâm been working on my left for a couple of weeks and itâs almost there. you can do this :)

Day 1 : omg! I first tried the splits and it didnât work then I remembered I forgot to do the stretches. Once I did I just did my split. It was amazing! I just need to learn how to hold it then I can start doing over splits and hand stands! U guys have to believe in ur self and not give up! Good luck! đ

Honestly, what I suggest is just doing what I did, lay down in bed and then flip your foot of your head, so it is like a backwards splits. It works as that is what I did and I can do the splits. Lol

day 1: tried to do my right splits which i lost, wasn't close(night)
day 2: Very close to my right splits!!(night)
day 3: I got it!! But unfortunately i can't hold it for to long without it hurting.( Morning and night)
day 4: I feel so much more comfortable getting into my right splits compared to this morning. Definitely still hurts but i can hold it for a little longer! I can't wait for a week to go by!!( morning and night)
