It is and you'll enjoy, creamy and better if you use fresh coconut. You can also dip the bottom in melted chocolate chips. Just put some in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and if not melted, stir again for 15 seconds or more. If too thick, add a little oil to thin. Never use water or it will harden.
Put in frig or freezer 15 minutes or more to harden.
