I'm always using different sauces but these are the majority of what I use regularly.

It is amazing that you can remember what to say and do it so smoothly. This was an instructive video and it has a lot of useful information in it. Kudos to the editor too!

I like learning about different ingredients and how to use them. Would you show us how you make the homemade sauces you mentioned?
My son's brother was with me when I watched this video. I'm going to send him the link to your channel. Thank you 🥰
I will do a video on special sauces.
@@HawaiisPickleLady Thank you
Great video! I like this segment, it's good to know what ingredients you're using. Have you done a video on Kauai plum pickling ? My mom used to make some during my childhood, cira 80s. Please share some Thai sauces/curries, which brand is best to buy.
Sorry, never had access to Kauai plums. Used to go to Kokee with a group where we rented cabins. For the Thai curries I use Mae Ploy brand and there's red, yellow and green.
@HawaiisPickleLady thanks for the info :) Kokee plums are unique and great for pickling.
