Really well done videos Karo! 👍
Surprised you don't have more subs!
On the subject of forearm pump while sailing (I always suffer it BAD when slalom racing - due to being overpowered and back to back races)
Talking to a few pros their advice is..
    - Limit exercises in the gym involving the bicept.
    - Do enough regular cardio so your body can efficiently get oxygen to your muscles.
    - Stay well hydrated.
    - And obviously be careful with greasy sunscreen getting on your boom grip 😂
Last nationals in NZ earlier this year I tried supplementing with magnesium - didn't work.
Took Asprin before racing to thin the blood - didn't work lol.
Only thing that "kind of" works for me is sailing 3x or more a week!

Thank you so much for your nice message!! So you are from NZ... such a beautiful country. I only started my channel 3 months ago.... So its hopefully going to grow a lot still!!
Yes, sailing a lot is great exercise for the grip muscles. Windsurfing itsself still remains one of the best ways to reduce muscle pain. Especially wave sailing. I find with wave sailing my grips work very hard being unhooked on the waves carving. Interesting tip to do less bicep workouts... I wonder what would be the theory behind that? Yes, totally agree with the cardio aspect, your body becomes very efficient at transporting oxygen when your cardio fitness is good.. Try those medical bandages on the boom, they were a game-changer for my grip muscles at Luderitz last year!! Nothing is worse than having a slippery boom from suncream or age.. Enjoy the wind there! Hoping out wind arrives soon🤙

Not a problem! I am happy to call NZ home, its a awesome place if you love the outdoors and action sports.
SA is a beautiful country too, alot of your fellow citizens move to NZ/Australia though haha.
I agree with the "avoid bicept training" thing with windsurfing as been weird.
In my opinion you need to train them, neglecting one body part would create a weak link.
Guess everyone has the secret formula that works for them... im still searching!
Medical tape sounds like a good idea - I would try it if you can buy it in black 😂
