    this felt so gooood!! i feel amazing after your workout and this stretch, from the bottom of my heart thank you, i didn't know these types of stronger excercises would be right for me, and i tried other workouts but they didn't feel this good. and i can quickly see the effects in my body. long story short, i love youuuuuuu
