      Thought I was going to pass out at end, but was in the garage with the door shut and it’s 85 outside 🤣🤣 and that a month before our move I had to stop working out due to some issues. We are all settled in and I’m back to it, used the lightest weight humanly possibly and still such a challenge, but I can’t resist a metcon!

    I really enjoy HR workouts and loved how she timed her ads to come during breaks. Now they’re occurring DURING a set? How absolutely intrusive for a workout!!
