Thought I was going to pass out at end, but was in the garage with the door shut and it’s 85 outside 🤣🤣 and that a month before our move I had to stop working out due to some issues. We are all settled in and I’m back to it, used the lightest weight humanly possibly and still such a challenge, but I can’t resist a metcon!
The low impact workouts are saviours of the mid week workouts with hectic working hours and specially when I feel low in stamina. Thank Heather❤🙏.
