Who is the greatest manager❓❓
Pep cardiola
SAF (I'm not a man utd fan)
Ferguson also managed Aberdeen you missed that one and won two European Cup winners cups one with Aberdeen one with manutd
SAF, also he managed Aberdeen
Pep Guardiola
I would say Ancelotti 4 cl titles with different clubs winning a title in five leagues and just won champions with real with a rebuilding real. Beating psg, Chelsea city and Liverpool I. Knockout stages perhaps hardest run of teams in history of the competition. Just. Phenomenal managerial performance by the man himself.

Pep isn't lucky to manage big clubs ,he performs so big clubs want him to manage them...look at people who were given similar chances..lampard ,ole,Garry, carrick,Paul scholes
Must admit lucky to beat City in semi's but city had to many injuries..
@@ken-ls2vc that isn't luck bro pep goes in to leagues where team he have chosen to manage already dominating the league for example barca, bayern, man city and maybe if he leaves he will go to psg. klopp, Jose, Alex are managers who builds foundation and not given a team a money like pep has, but still finds ways to dominate and that makes a good manager
Nah there are teams that had harder runs . Ajax 2018/19 & Us 2017/18 and many more other teams .
Alex ferguson is the most successful as a manager but, I love guardiola the best 💙

Did Alex Fergusen not manage Aberdeen
@@MummyPekkaCR he did
Noooo the best Is the king of Champions Carlo Ancelotti
While Pep has pretty much the best %'s and total trophies, he has always managed top teams with a lot of money and talent. I see Mourinhos numbers way more impressive as he have basically won wherever he has gone and ended many teams trophy-droughts. I don't know if Pep would be able to win all that if he managed the same teams Mou did.
Mourinho spent a lot during his Manchester and Real Madrid career.
you wrong dumb Sergio
Most of mourinño titles were in Chelsea, Real and "Moratti Inters", all teams with a lot of money. He olso was in Man U but didnt win much.
Ferguson direct Man U one of the top3 teams in last 30 years and ancelotti, Milan and Madrid the 2 most important clubs in UCL history
So why Mourinho always gets sacked?
And "always managed top teams" is an argument pro Pep not against him.

Statistically, Pep is the best. Trophy wise, Sir Alex. But if you compare the yrs of coaching, if Pep is able to match his longevity, Pep will be the greatest manager ever. Right now, the bragging right slightly is with Sir Alex 👍

Tell me you don’t shit about football bro
Peps got no chance 16 trophy's behind and he'll be retired before then, fergie went on into his 70's , pep moved on after barca to bayern in a one team league, then onto the cheque book champions city who can buy not just any player but any team, he's not had to work his way up, he's walked into a top team from day one in barca then bayern and city.
@@andyhulme2274 absolute rubbish,
Firstly, La Liga wasn't a one team league, Real Madrid was always bigger, in terms of brand, fans, history, finance, than Barca. Barca were 3rd and trophyless for 2 seasons before Pep Guardiola came and he didn't spend much at Barca.
2ndly, Man Utd are bigger than Man City as well, Man Utd has equal strength as Man City financially.
Mourinho was the highest spending manager in the EPL for 3 straight seasons, Mourinho bought his success at Chelsea as well.
Mourinho is also the highest spending manager in Premier League history....
So if Pep is a cheque-book manager, so is Jose, Just that Pep produces more results in the end.
@@andyhulme2274 POV: u know absolutely nothing about football
Why wasn't Alex Ferguson's time at Aberdeen not been included in the analysis? He won 9 major trophies there.
11 trophies and 1 in Saint Mirren
Football wasn't invented when he was at Aberdeen ......
“Major trophies”
Yeah this should be included
He was stupid then
I love how people use excuses to not rate Guardiola , yes at Barca he had Messi and Xavi, but they were there before he became coach and they finished 19 points behind Real.
Regarding Bayern when he went there they werent as dominant as today (the previous 5 seasons before Pep jooned Bayern they won only 2 titles out of 5) , yes he didnt win the CL with them , but he reached the semis all 3 seasons, after Pep left Bayern has only reached 2 CL semifinals in 6 years !!
At City his dominance of the premier league is unmatchable , and people used to say his style wont work in the Premiee League, what a joke.
Some brilliant work, it's important for people not to look at what he has achieved, but concentrate on what he has done.
Were you even born the year before Pep's arrival at Barcelona? It was an odd season that Barcelona finished a hell lot below their standards. The year before they were Champions League winners
Bayern Munich were the literal Champions League winners as well when he arrived.
Bayern Munich had 3 Champions League finals in 4 years before his arrival. Not one, not two but *3* Champions League finals.
Who cares if he got them to the Champions League semi final?

Ferguson is a leader and renewed his teams many times. Pep is good but above all lucky to always work for mega rich (ManC) ,dominant (Bayern) or managing unique combination (Messi, Xavi, Iniesta).
I agree with you, 100% right.
Managing starplayers is also a skill. Ferguson could not always do that with every player. But he said later that he made some mistakes. For example he later made it up with Stam and said that he did regret to sell him and that he was a topdefender.
This is pure hate on Pep, shame on you. Man united was never poor, your reasoning is shocking... When he took over Barca Pep was competing with Galacticos, he created Xavis, and Iniesta and Messi, while other couldn't, u have seen the best of Lahm, Kimmich during Peps time, what are you smoking? How has Messi performed without Pep?
@@loyisomolosi7970 To keep things how they where. Messi was going to leave Barca long before Pep was there because he was homesick. But Ronaldinho and his friends invited him to their table and helped him. And the club, team and coaches made Messi better but of course he has done the most himself. Because he very talented.
@@giovannigio3764 and Pep is not talented so to speak... Wow, only one way, how unfortunate with all his talent Post Pep he was ok
As a Liverpool supporter, I'm really honored to have Klopp managing our Team. He is a very good coach, and I think that he would have way more titles if he wasn't unlucky
For example: 2018 ucl final was one of the biggest disasters of both Liverpool and Klopp, like, Liverpool could keep up with Real if they hadnt their best attacker and goalkepper injured
Great coach!
His biggest problem is that he doesn’t like letting players go. Any other manager would have sent bobby firmino back to Brazil by now.
@@ngolokante3260 Hmm. That's probably one of his best attributes, knowing when to let a player leave. Why would you want to let Bobby leave now? Really high professionalism, the best presser of all the forwards with superb tackling stats to win the ball high up the field. The gel that binds the midfield to the attack with his dropping deep. He's been one of our best players this season, easily. All the other players love him as well. It would be criminal to let him go.
The way Liverpool lost in 2018 UCL final was so sad to me , imo they could’ve won and in 2022 too but who am I to say !
Respect Sir Alex Ferguson but Pep Guardiola has able to break his record

People roasting pep clearly know nothing about the game! You all say he has not won the UCL in mancity and bayern, did mourinho win it with real madrid, Chelsea or man united and are all big clubs??! Also, he did not just take big clubs, remember the managers before him had been sacked or underperforming, but he managed to make those clubs absolute beasts!! Pep is the best of them all when it comes to tactics, beautiful football and dominance.

You should have checked those teams achievements of the year prior to Pep joining them. And check it for Jose if you feel like it. You will be amazed 🤣
Underperforming? Bayern won the Triple before he came to Munich. 🤔
Manchester City won with Pelligrini 2013 the League. 2014 second place and 2015 was the amazing Leicester Saison.
Definitly Pep never took a sacked or underperforming Club.
@@w0lfgang2812 Man City were an old and badly mismanaged team when he took over. Pellegrini won the PL based on Mancini's team with 2 or 4 new players, and then took the team backwards each season he was there to being as bad as when Mark Hughes was the manager. He left Pep with Sagna (34), Kolarov (31), Zabaleta (32), Yaya Toure (34), Clichy (31) & Caballero (35) all past their prime and needing to be replaced and Nasri who was totally out of shape and went out on loan, never to return, not to mention Fernando & Mangala who were basically shown the door. He had a total rebuild to do which took him 3 transfer windows and the season after he took over they got to 100 points, which shows how bad of a state Pellegrini left the club in. If you look at the season that Leicester won the title it is criminal that Pellegrini didn't win it, but then again he played a high defensive line with a 35 year old Demichelis and a couldn't give a damn and very lazy Yaya Toure in midfield who didn't even bother to jog bag, let alone run back to help out. The idiot also signed Wilfried Bony and overruled the DoF who had a deal agreed to sign Dybala. Man City just, and I mean JUST scraped 4th place in the last game of the season before Pep arrived, so his rebuild job was much bigger than anyone gives him credit for. Pellegrini won the PL title due to an amazing 2014 season out of Yaya Toure and big players having big moments (Dzeko away at Everton and Crystal Palace, injured Aguero vs Spurs away, etc). The buzz of his first couple of months had worn off by new year and they lost stupid points that any decent manager would not have lost due to his rigid sticking to the same tactics no matter what. Pep worked a miracle turning what he inherited in to what it became (Sterling, Otamendi & Fernandinho were poor compared to what they became later and Silva & Aguero stepped up a level under Pep).
@@dusormanob5864 Yes, Barca were trophyless for 2 seasons before Pep joined...3 seasons later, Pep has won about 10 trophies with Barca...
Real Madrid were trophyless for 2 seasons before Jose joined, 3 seasons later, Jose won just 3 trophies in all...
Let's not talk of Manchester....
Pep met Man City when they finished 4th in the league, also as Carabao Cup Champions,
Mourinho met Man Utd when Man Utd finished 5th on goal difference in the league, also as FA CUP champions .
3 seasons later,
Mourinho had 3 trophies with Man Utd,
Pep had 7 trophies with Man City...
According to my opinion
Mourinho is the best because WHEN WE SEE,Sir Alex, pep,Zidane they all have big team which are strong whereas Mourinho win ucl with both porto and Inter
Legend
Mourinho is legendary.
But i dont feel right when people say Mourinho won it with porto and inter as if those were weak teams. Porto had players like deco ricardo Carvalho paulo Ferreira maniche costinha etc all of whom were top class players and this team was made of a significant number of Portuguese players who were part of the Portugal squad which came 2nd in Europe 2004 and reached semi finals of world Cup 2006.
And also his inter squad Julio cesar maicon lucio walter samuel cambiasso zanetti sneijdar motta etoo diego milito every single one of these belonged to the topmost category of players in their positions.
Sure Mourinho obviously worked a lot to bring these teams where they were never disregarding that for an instant but fans sometimes behave as if those were the worst teams ever to win ucl when in fact they were pretty strong teams
Your opinion has zero value.
My is the important here and I say is Pep
Who told you that Inter wasn't a big team.

@@zentubeMusic1046 Scottish football isn’t bad quality also. it is ranked just outside the top 9 in Europe which is to be expected with population. Rangers is regarded by many as the most successful football club of all time. Both Celtic and rangers have around literally 10x the money than even the other biggest teams being Hearts, Aberdeen and Hibernian. Mourinho for me for making underdog teams legends
I was expecting Arsene Wenger to be here as well
Wow Guardiola is simply the best! Could you compare him against Luis Enrique, would love to see that one
I'll look into that
Pep Guardiola remains the best, beats the rest in terms of Stats. You may hate all you want but still doesn't change the fact that Pep is best of the lot. You may say he managed only big teams, Ancelotti also managed the top teams in the top 5 leagues in Europe, Ancelotti managed, AC Milan, Juventus,PSG,Chelsea, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich as well.
Mourinho managed Porto, which is one of the biggest teams in Portugal as at the time.
Mourinho managed Chelsea when Chelsea were the highest spenders in the EPL,
Mourinho managed Inter, when Inter were reigning Champions of Serie A for the past 3 consecutive seasons in a row. Managed Real Madrid as well, Mananged Man Utd as well which had the same financial strength as Man City and were the second highest spenders behind City as at the time.
Zidane managed a great great Real Madrid side with Barca already beginning to fall.
So the excuse of Pep Guardiola successful because of big teams is just lame and pure envy.
PEP GUARDIOLA is the best.

Pep Guardiola
Jose Mourinho

Pep has ALWAYS had the best team and resources... Barcelona were the best - heck even you and I could have won trophies with that team!! ... then he went to Bayern - another team that was best in country.... and then off to Man City where Ferguson had retired and Utd fell dramatically... and City was the richest and bought there way - just like Chelsea did.

The best will always be sir Alex Ferguson, his ability to make all of his teams always structurally sound is like that of no other manager in Europe, he simply is just the best and he has proved that he doesn't need to be in a big club to do that just like what he did with Aberdeen and United he made those two clubs what they are today and if not for him the main power houses in English football in the 80s and 2000s would have been Nottingham forest, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man city, wigans athletic and everton. Its not only about the team he played with because we've seen it many times not just in football but all other sports that a great team does not always result in a championship win. The coaches input plays a major role and the coach is the reason why the team plays the way it does because the coach is the glue to keep the team together. It's a no-brainer, and for the record sir Alex Ferguson also manage a team in the lower division in Scottish football where he record success before moving to Aberdeen where he break the dominance of rangers and Celtic (Monopoly) by winning the League and also winning the European cup winners cup before moving to United well of course we all know the success he was there, so because of this fact it think sir Alex Ferguson is the best and his longevity is insane he managed professional football for almost 40 years or so bringing success to everyteam he managed, but long and short I think he is the best because he grows with football
Legend
alex is an absolute beast of a coach but honestly if u look at the win rated pep is technically the best coach and even though you may say oh but it was easy for him because he managed the best clubs well i guess he just didn’t like building a team from the ground up, but he did rebuild the teams that he managed in a strategic way and rebuild the teams moral aswell
A lot of respect for Ancelotti because 4 ucl titles is an incredible stat but the management of Pep is the best for me, I think he will be the greatest manager of all time
Legendary manager indeed.
Always Zidane because 2017 real Madrid under his guidance was just awesome
3 UCL titles in a row is indeed a legendary achievement.
But i don't agree. Jidane got a legend team
That was essentially Mourinho's team!
Zidane was good, a good coach and a good player
Good man's
Pep guardiola
Alex ferguson
Jose mourinho
my top three
Legends indeed
Pep the king, 33 trophies and still counting..
Fergie is a legend
Pep had money handed to him SAF won championships with John oshea and wes brown fletcher etc average players and still ruled the PL
@@Ryanshaw6778 he had ronaldo, ruud, tevez, beckham, van der saar, carrick, keane, scholes, ferdinand, vidic, Berbatov and the rest
1. Klopp
2.SAF
3.Pep
4.Jose
5.Carlo
6. Zinedine
The reason of Klopp 1st because he got Mainz in highest Bundesliga. In Dortmund he created Lewa as a beast and Liverpool is shining this season with him.
SAF 2nd because he just was unstoppable with man u
Pep 3rd cause he is really good and didn't get sacked once but he picked all the best teams in world like Barca Bayern City ect.
4. Jose cause he was sick at Chelsea that were mid table and now are top 4
5. Carlo cause of his passion and for how he helps the team
6. Zidane cause hes a good manager but it didn't last long at Madrid
Only my opinion😁
Klopp ain’t shit
You know what’s most amazing about this is that each of these coaches nationalities cover the top 6 Leagues in Europe 🤯 ;
And arguably you could maybe see the leagues and coaches rank the same 🤯
Sir Alex 🐐
World class
Mourinho is the best,he takes small club and make them big
Legend
Like Spurs and Roma
1. Pep Guardiola
2. José Mourinho
3. Carlo Ancelotti
4. Sir Alex Ferguson
5. Jürgen Klopp
6. Zinedine Zidane
Zidane peaked very high, but didnt last long. The only reason Sir Alex is number 4 is because of his longivity, he didnt peak as high as Pep, Mourinho & Ancelotti. Mourinho won the UCL with Porto, Ancelotti won most UCL out of all them, and Pep statistically is better than all of them
Pep one who didn’t win champions League with Bayern and city and the other hand Mourinho who wins it with Porto.....
@@alonelucifer7093 this is OVERALL. Compare Pep and Mourinho is the prem. Pep made Man City to be the most successful English team in the last 10 years. Won 2 UCL with Barca, equal amount of UCL as Mourinho but on top of that he the Sextuple in 2009 and treble in 2011.
Just seen the team of Barca thet time.... And Porto
@@alonelucifer7093 that porto shit in 2004 people always talk is so overrated. Look what Mourinho did at Real Madrid and compare it to Pep at Barcelona.
Mourinho couldnt win the champions league with Chelsea where he hae Lampard , Drogba , Terry so on. He couldnt win the Champions league with Real where he had Ronaldo, Ramos so on. He was lucky with Porto
They are all great.
Great vid
Thank you!!!
Mourinho is number one!

Ferguson will always be number 1 in my opinion.
He has always been with Man utd from the 80s till the mid 2010s.
You see his win loss record and you are questioning why the other managers have a better ratiom than him, then ask yourself football fan why? Because he was in the premier league for his entire career, we are talking about the most competitive league in the world.
For ever a GOAT
Pep has the strongest stats. Ferg has the career to envy so far. What Klopp turnaround with Liverpool is remarkable.
and carlo and jose won the champions with different teams
Best manager ever is Pep Guardiola.
He has such a sensational career as manager 🤞
Money money money

Fagarson and Pep there the best manager ever
I apologize for the 234567 comments that are mentioning that u didn't include Aberdeen.. my apologies because this is a great video and this is a small detail whether included or not, and it is nothing compared to the facts stated here
Thank you mate!! It was actually counted in total career stats.
I think Pep Guardiola is the best but my favourite is Klopp!
Both are indeed legends.
Klopp over pep
@@factualanimation but klopp is op
You must be kidding, no doubt you are a Liverpool fan.
@@leticiacole5631 Liverpool 👍
Pep numbers is incredible. You have to specify the amount of years they have been managers, too.

All are very good
Indeed.
My favorite Football Manager is Arrigo SACCHI, MILAN.
But in history two others great managers were Michels (Netherlands) and Lobanovsky.
Pep Guardiola is miles ahead in almost every category and his teams play by far the best football. Some of his stats are incredible and they said he wouldn't succeed in the English Premier League.
Had money tho to spend to build a great team SAF won championships with the likes of John oshea wes brown fletcher etc pep couldn't do what SAF did SAF is the best manager to grace the PL
You did not include Fergusons time at Aberdeen, why? Ferguson is the greatest because he was able to that successful predominantly at one club with his 26 years at Manchester United. The others did it by jumping from one team to another when they were peaking and this they always had great teams without really having to build a team or take them through any rebuilds either. Very difficult to make these kind of comparisons.
It's there, in all stats
Guardiola statistically is the best in history
Yeah..

Ancelotti and Jose are my favorites, they would win champions even in Africa.
How come jose was unable to win the UCL at Madrid, Chelsea or Man united?
Pep, Feggie, Mourinho, Ancelotti.....Zidane need more time to get there ...Klopp is a good manager but nothing special to be best ever.. Not better than any of those managers, not in win rate, not in trophies, not in longevity nothing.
Legends indeed.
What you are seeing is win rate, you don't notice the teams he managed & what he achieved for them.
Wow to me I go with pep Guardiola and zidane although I respect Sir Alex among the old Managers but interm of UCL trophie Carol and zidane re the best
Pep Guardiola is the G.O.A.T jus look at his numbers.....win ...win....win he is amazing ...he wins a lot
Fantastic manager.
Sir Alex > Mourinho > Carlo Ancelotti > Klopp > Pep > Zidane
Pep & Zidane Should Prove By Taking Clubs Which Are Undergoing Transition Period Rather Than Managing A Well Settled Team With Lot Of Funds To Buy Anyone
Messi > Pele > Maradona > Cristiano
Do you think pep and zidane will downgrade from coaching big clubs to small clubs to get your respect. Bro just be real they don't even know you exist they don't care about what the media says let them win trophies and keep your respect to your self
Klopp, Mourinho and SAF are on their own league. They always create a beast, unlike other manager who were always with good player.
Sir Alex Ferguson❤️❤️❤️

Am requesting u do a video on arsene Wenger
Will do
Tbh, for a greatest ever comparison is almost an insult Zidane being there. He just started.
Ferguson has some expressive numbers and monopolized a major league like the Premier for such a long time too without always having endless money to invest. Mourinho did had some exceptional yrs but has been pretty inconsistent for a while, not to mention his overly inflated ego. Pep has been impressive tbh, sure, he got into some amazing clubs from the start, with a lot of resources and a solid base at disposal but others also did and failed, while he consistently succeeded wherever he went and in a very dominant way too. Ancelotti has won a lot and very remarkable trophies all over the major leagues but he also has lot more time than the others and also big fails. Klopp literally made miracles with lot less resources until getting to this point, but although i also admire his work and loveable personality, football is about results and hes far behind the others still.
Hard to decide but i suppose ill go with Pep. Fergusson did an outstanding work as a coach and manager for a long time and made history whit Man Utd but Pep did almost similar as coach but in completely different major leagues, winning all in Spain, Germany and now England.
Instead of Zidane, there could have been Wenger
Sir Alex is far greater than Pep. You have to understand the magnitude of what he did with the players that he had. He won leagues with players like Anderson, Rafael, Jones and Welback...to be fair they weren't always the cream of the crop but they played as a force. That's all down to the coach. I doubt Pep could do that. The closest coach to Sir Alex on this list is Klopp.
Yes, when his club outspent EVERYONE in English football and had NO competition. 2 lucky CL wins in 26 years!
Yes, but when he started in the EPL, EpL was junk. Just 2 teams competing at that time. United and Arsenal. Basically was united all the way. 10 titles in 11 years, come on.
Also he never left England.
I think Pep without any doubt if we were objective, without the "Tshirt on".
TBH peps got a big future a head of him and has more of a chance to gain more trophie ect and he is a really good manger he has a really good future a head of him but SAF well always remain in the united hearts
True, he is still young
It's clear that Pep is a goat of all time. However a lot of people don't accept the fact and they are jealous of him. He also spends his money wisely. Except for Jack,
Guardiola all is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵👑👑🤯🤯🤯🤯😎😎😎😎🐐🐐🐐🐐🥶🥶🥶

Legend of the game indeed.
Guardiola ganador absoluto, por el tiempo que lleva entrenando y lo que ha ganado, además de su % de victorias. Camino a ser el mejor de la historia
He coached Man city, Prime Barca and Prime Bayern. While mourinho coached inter and won ucl and kicked pep's ass in ucl 🤡🤡🤡🤡
1. Sir Alex the biggest!!
He built a wining culture at manchester united
2. Special One
3. pep
I can’t listen when people say Pep always has great players on his team. Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Busquets, De Bruyne were not so great before but under Pep they become legends

Kdb was good before pep came in, but has gone to another level since.

I like Wenge the best. Among these head coaches, Ancelotti is the best. He became champions in Italy, England, Germany, France and Spain. Also he has CL titles.
