The app never asks me to activate my vehicle. Only tells me that it isn't responding and to try later. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled many times and get the same results.

I added my 2017 F-150 XLT, but I can't really do anything with it. No activate button, no hotspot functionality, no nothing. But there are Fordpass settings on the screen in my truck. I don't get it. No one seems to be able to offer any explanation either.

What's the security feature? If someone stole my vehicle and again downloaded the app and registered on it then I'll lose access.

smart key - they would have to have your key in order to drive away
