You literally made my day with this tutorial! No one at the Ford dealership I purchased my vehicle from today could explain why my vehicle activation was stuck in pending status on the app…..their tech guy even went so far as to tell me it could take a couple days to activate. NEVER MENTIONED OR EVEN ATTEMPTED TO REFRESH THE PAGE IN THE APP!!! I seriously can’t thank you enough 😂

I've had the home-integration kit installed, I commissioned the charger, the Truck is talking to the HIC, and says it's on "Automatic". I go into the Fordpass App,
charging->backup-power, and it says "The Forpasss doesn't seem to be responding, try again". I've deleted/reinstall the app, restarted the phone, no joy... Any suggestions?
