👉I had a 17 Mustang GT, just purchased a 21 , pass won't let me change basic settings for example kilo to pound for the tires, and kilo to miles, and update my phone... but everything else works,like starting and locking the car... any suggestions ? ...when I try to change them it says FORD PASS isn't available at the time.

Did a software update on my iPhone now nothing will connect when I plug my phone in.

Got a problem on iPhone 14 Promax, stuck on Sign in and Create Account. it will not load after that.. I tried uninstall and install over and over again but still not work.

Same here! Did you fix it? It’s driving me crazy. Works fine on android, but not on ios.

I’ve had my Lightning four weeks and ford pass stopped working. This is nuts. I have over 200k miles on Tesla vehicles and the app has never failed

My issue was fixed with a good quality high speed charging cable.

The problem I’m having is I’ve been using the Ford pass on my F150 and traded in that truck for a F-250 and it accepts the vehicle but doesn’t sho where you can lock and unlock and start the truck from the Ford pass. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

@@chrishebert3240 I just bought a 2018 F-150 and am struggling to get the app to work. It never showed me the “activate vehicle” button and the controls don’t show up. Just see the truck and got to nickname it, but that’s basically it. Did you ever work out getting the controls? I suspect it could have been a fleet vehicle or something and doesn’t have the all the hardware to run the app correctly.

Just got 2023 F150. I can't open "Connected Vehicle Features" under "Connectivity". I've tried soft reset, factory reset, the tried pulling SYNC fuse, then pulled battery cable. None worked. How about this: How about Ford don't put out products that they can't make work properly. "We have all of this technology folks....its great, except we don't know how to make it work". Fail.

Fordpass is utter crap! So many complaints about it! I only just bought the new Puma. Worked for a couple of weeks and then nothing but drama's with it.
Ford support going on a merry go around with me trying various processes to get it to work. Been to Ford Dealer. They been at it for numerous hours and still not working.
It is obvious Ford knows it does not work reliably. I dare say it is nothing more than a ploy to get people to buy a Ford. But it has the opposite effect. I would not buy another Ford ones i am done with this.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry you feel this way and have had issues. There have been glitches as of recent regarding the remote feature. Try uninstalling the app on your phone and reinstalling it. This is what FordPass instructs for now, and we hope this works for you. We created this video to help our customers and the Ford Family like yourself.
